Book Outlet has a huge selection of heavily discounted books. I was able to find many excellent titles from 2+ years ago, but as expected there was very little from the past 2 years.
It was easy to find the book I wanted for the lowest online price. Shipping took longer than expected but a tracking number was provided. Therefore, I had confidence my resource would reach me.

There is no Customer Service. I paid 109$ for books that never came. Didn't get any money back either. Made out 3 Tickets for help. No help. Be ware don't order from them.

Unfortunately my package went missing and once the time period happened, Book Outlet advised they were credited me for the costs in the way the order was paid (could take up to 5 business days). Well my order FINALLY arrived yesterday - WAY TOO LATE to be given as a Birthday gift - which is why I placed this order - so useless to me now. The 5 business days have not passed yet, so I wait to see if they will honour their word and credit me for this order... As I said I'm generally 99% happy with Book Outlet.
New books with a much lower price. I don't have to worry that they will be written in or dog-eared. Very happy with both of my purchases. Will be back for more!
Need to use more and/or sufficient packing material for inside of the box. A lot of my books arrive damaged. It is NOT a one time thing, it happens on every order.

Although it took about 2 weeks to receive the books ordered, I am happy with Book Outlet service. The books are new, arrived in a sturdy box and the price was great.

I have received a few orders so far. Both deliveries included boxes that had been severely crushed and repaired by the US. PS. There has been quite a few books with damage.

This was my first experience and I would definitely order again. Pleased with entire process. Product arrived in a timely manner and were in excellent condition.
I only order hardcover books now except when a clearance softcover book that I want is available. Why only hardcovers? Because your (newer) packing is poor. Softcover books that I've ordered have arrived damaged. When I complained the last time and asked that packaging include additional material to keep the books from banging around, I was told that the damage to the two softcover books that I ordered that were damaged in EXACTLY the same way weren't damaged in shipping but were "shopworn". Umm... NO. I did get a refund for the two books but was told that was the LAST TIME. Fine. Didn't want a refund in the first place, just adequate packaging.
