Elisee did a great job helping me book my rooms! I needed two rooms for two nights, and one room for one night. He made the process quick and easy and double checked all aspects of my reservation before booking. Thank you!
I saw what I thought was real-time vacancies and prices. When I called, 2 out of the 3 rooms did not have the price that was online; cost was about $30.00 more per room per night. But I chose to go ahead with the reservation because 1. The connection was horrible and 2. I just wanted to get this settled.
The process takes a long time to set up the room reservations. Neither of which was Elisee's fault.
I was not happy with conveying my credit card number and security code over the phone. There has to be a better way, especially with the amount of the charge. Elisee was always nice and helpful throughout the process.
Because of the horrible connection, he had to call me back about 4 times. The last time he said we qualified for a $500. Discount on our reservation which was so to hear, however I never got any email confirmation of that discount nor did I receive 3 updated receipts with the new price reduction. So far today, I have not heard anything further.
Kimberly to my opinion went above and beyond to try to help. She listen to my needs and did all she could to find a hotel and long term parking with shuttle service to airport. Unfortunately she could not find a hotel that offered all of my needs through your agency. She did call a hotel that I would have to contact directly. I wish I could have booked. With this kind of service just know that I will call you for my next need. Thank her for me.

Reservation went well; however, I specifically asked if there was a pool and was told yes. There is no pool! This is not acceptable!
