My family was going to the All Star Game Events in Seattle WA and parking was very limited especially for wheelchair users (my husband). I had to book a room just to guarantee a parking spot for $1000! Ridiculous! When I got to hotel they told me they didn't have parking at all for hotel patrons. The hotel approved the refund but told me I had to get it back through BookOnline. I contacted BookOnline and they refused to refund my money. We didn't stay in the hotel due to ZERO parking. My husband is in a wheelchair and cannot walk period! The hotel was great but BookOnline is absolutely terrible and heartless to still keep our money when we are broke due to medical necessities in our family! Because of the All Star Game the hotel was charging me $1000 a night! We didn't stay there! We were lied to and guaranteed a parking spot! Never use BookOnline to book a hotel! BookOnline will steal your money and keep saying it's non-refundable! Well when you do people wrong and lie to them you need to refund their money! ESPECIALLY WHEN WE DIDN'T STAY THERE! BookOnline should have refunded us! The CitizenM hotel was great but BookOnline was heartless and a disgrace to people with disabilities! BookOnline deserves ZERO star rating!

I wanted to schedule a hotel room for a few days in Green bay WI. Because I was going to see the Packers play. I'm from Scranton PA. And didn't have a clue where to stay. A women by the name of Emilee guided me through the process and she was wonderful. I felt very confident after placing my reservation thru Emilee and very happy I did. She truly is an awesome employee and person and you are lucky to have her!
