Well, the booking agent told me that there was two complementary bottles of wine. When can we checked in when I got to the hotel they don't know anything about it. So I think that was a ploy just to get us to come to this particular hotel, I don't appreciate that at all.
Helen got my reservation confirmed using the same credit card information the online system rejected. What's even better, she got me the same rate the online system said was expiring. She put in a note that if ground level was not available, put me near the elevator.

Brandon said that I was being charged $800 for the stay but $200 would be credited back after I check out. I asked him twice since I had also a browser pulled up in Best Western webpage and it was only charging me $600. I told him I'm fine to use the web browser since it is $200 less. I called twice and now I am not credited the $200. That's dishonest.

We had a reservation on 12/5 and checked out on 12/6/23. However, our car broke down in the late afternoon and we were unable to travel home. I (Mary Ellen Frazier) booked a last minute reservation on my Visa card. Once my husband and I arrived in the late afternoon. My husband, (Quentin Frazier) changed the booking to under his name as he was able to get a lower rate due to hi "National membership, Unfortunately, my reservation was not cancelled and we both were charged for the same room. Thaddeus assisted me when I booked the room and was extremely professional and friendly.
