I got to the hotel, it was not the room I was led to believe. They moved us to the correct room after charging us an additional $62.00. So I ended up paying more then I would have else where when that's the entire reason I went with your site and this hotel. Not impressed.
I had searched for a hotel on Trivago and BookingBargains had the lowest price. After booking through them, I had read a few bad reviews about them not actually booking the room or refunding after issues arise. However, my experience so far has been a good one. I called the hotel and confirmed the room with them and it looks like we're good to go. BookingBargains saved me $35+!
Apparently the hotel did not honor my booking through bookingbargins and I was double charged for my stay.

Room was booked. Showed credit card for incidentals. Experience was easily handled. Will use service again as it saved money on lodging.
My initial bookings were made by mistake, and it took me 45 minutes to for your receptionist to understand a mistake was made. However, I got her to understand after several levels of explaining how the mistake was made then she realized what I was explaining. If your receptionist is going to stick to the trained program, please ensure that are fluent in English language.
Staff was great local and comfortable my kids and I really didn't have any other place to go and so we got help from someone who was kind enough to provide us a place to stay temporarily.

For most of the options room describtions and details are either missing or incomplete. Some of the describtion are not inline with the hotel's original website thus you cannot be sure which room you are actually booking and compare prices with other websites. Lastly, it is odd to ask for guest's nationality.

Never heard of this website so it was nice to have another option. The check-in & check-out times are not included in the booking confirmation e-mail and that is very handy information to have
