We got to our hotel before confirmation came but they found us. I did call the hotel as soon as I finished the booking.
Quick access and confirmation for a room. Reasonable prices. I would prefer the real price listed and then broken down- not suprise $20 for taxes, etc.
After an initial decline from the virtual pay card I called and the problem was fixed in less than 5 mins and I was able to get checked in with ease.
I would stay at this hotel again if I had to very peaceful place.

During booking the date continually changed to a date ahead of what wanted. Kept checking to be sure of date needed. Was sure had correct date and booked. When checked into hotel they had no record of it and i had to pay 2nd time for room. Discovered date was wrong. Will never use site again. Not affordable for retired person on fixed income.
I booked and paid for a smoking room with a 2pm checkout. When I got to the hotel, not only did they not have smoking rooms, they wanted to charge me an extra $20/hr for late checkout on top of the extra $100 deposit they made me pay for the room, which I could not get a refund on btw.
Pretty straight forward and easy to use. I accidentally booked same reservation for same nite and they charged $68 in added on fees, which would have been almost as if I never tried to get a deal! This website was much more reasonable. And they stated up front what their add ins were. Much appreciated!

Got a last-minute booking using the Trivago app on my phone. Compared to others, Bookingbargains offered the best price for the same room by 20%, which I paid in advance. I was greeted cordially at check-in, and received excellent service.
