When checking into our room, the staff could not locate our reservation. Apparently they put someone else into our reserved room

I book a hotel stay at the Cancun hotel in Las Vegas and Cancun would not accept my credit card, this company kept my deposit and never refunded it. Stat away from using this company!

There was no hand soap in room, other than that, it's a decent place, it gets you a place for the night, can't argue with that!
