I was doubtful of this site as I had never heard of it. So glad I took a chance as it was the easiest process. Got to hotel and had zero issues the check in was so simple.
I'll be visiting KY I May so hopefully this experience will repeat itself then.

Very easy to use, got a great bargain that no other websites were offering. I wish I was aware the price was before tax before going to make payment but it was still loads cheaper than anywhere else and I had zero issues with my stay
Received cancelled reservation booking from booking bargains less than 2 hours after I made the reservation and all was confirmed along with my money extracted from my account.
It appears wires got crossed on this transaction but that is not my fault. You mean to tell me that the hotel cancelled my reservation for some reason that I booked through you guys and now I'm out 661.00 for 5-7 business days? You have to be a lunatic to think that is going to sit well with me and my partner. We just booked this reservation about 2 hours before I got this crappy email from your company and I want to know how you plan to make this right. I need my money back to book another hotel because let's face it, I'm not made of money.

We would like to inform you that the reservation reservation was in pending status when you booked it & got cancel because of the incomplete card verification. Your bank was not able to complete the verification. The refund has been already procesed from our end and this will take 5 business days to credit back to the same mode of payment. If my bank was "unable" to complete the verification process then why was the money extracted from my account to your company? You do realize your incomplete sentences, run ons, and sheer ignorance to the fact that your company took my money without reservation availability is beyond agitating.
We would like to inform you that the amount was not charged, it was on just on hold and when the booking got cancel it got release.
The maximum time for the amoount to credit is 5 business days, it can be credited back before that as well which depends upon your bank.

This all took place on November 2,2022 and I have yet to have the money credited back to my account. Buyer beware!

Fast and easy experience to help find a hotel on short notice
