First time using this site. I was a little wary given some of the negative reviews I saw, but I saw a whole lot of positive reviews, as well. Since the price offered on this site was well below other prices for the exact same thing, I decided to give it a shot. I got my confirmation immediately, and there were no issues whatsoever at check-in.
It was quick to find the room, easy to book the room, and the price was perfect!
There was no pool like shown in picts or breakfast after telling us there was. The rooms were filthy walls and floors, ceilings were peeling and there was no soap or shampoo in rooms. Ill never stay there again.

Wonderful place, every staff members are wonderful, the place, lobby and hallways and the room is absolutely spotless, very clean, pool is beautiful as well as the gym

It was simple to book a room and the webpage was easy to navigate. The room was advertised for $5 less than the hotel's website, but the 'service fees' were $15! It was $10 more than getting a room directly, but the hotel's website had disabled buttons that wouldn't let me book online. I decided to be lazy and use a 3rd-party website and not pick up my phone. By the time I got to the purchasing stage, I felt too invested to save my money and call the hotel directly. I was expecting to save money because Booking bargains would help fill an empty room, quite the opposite occurred. I'll use my phone instead next time.
