I feel compelled to share the absolute nightmare I've endured with B online, and my experiences have left me utterly drained and frustrated.

Dealing with B online has become a bi-weekly ritual, and each time, their incompetence manages to surpass any imagination. Despite ongoing issues with my account (number *******), the company has failed to provide any meaningful resolution.

Around two weeks ago, I engaged with a B online representative who promised that creating a new direct debit via a provided link would resolve my issues. To add insult to injury, she assured me that my account would be credited for charges that had mysteriously appeared. Regrettably, the promised resolution never materialised. My invoice remains unpaid, and B online continues to add charges, late fees, and other penalties to my account. Shockingly, I receive links demanding payment of the total fees, including those supposedly rectified.

I explicitly communicated to the representative that I am not responsible for the direct debit cancellation. I believe B online's actions are either a massive mistake or a deliberate scheme to add extra charges. Despite numerous attempts to seek clarification, my inquiries have gone unanswered. Contacting B online on January 15 and the billing department proved futile, as they absurdly insisted that both my bank and I are at fault. Their solution? Re-add the direct debit and pay all the fees, a proposition I naturally rejected. In my desperation, I contacted the Telecommunications Ombudsman, and I am prepared to make my grievances public to warn others about B online's incompetence.

I am drained and have wasted countless hours on futile calls and emails. In light of these circumstances, I demand the immediate termination of any existing contracts with B online. I need time to disentangle myself from this nightmarish situation and return to my previous provider or find a new one. Doing business with B online, especially in my case, has proven to be an exhausting and frustrating endeavour.

I sincerely hope others can learn from my experience and avoid the pitfalls of dealing with B online.

I've just been scammed by this company or how do you call it
When you pay for a service, in my case, a web design, paid the upfront and
After a month when supposed to be ready, you pay the rest of the amount and surprise:
No access to website and nothing done!
After stress and long hours on the phone asking for news, I finally realize
That is no point to wait and ask for my money back. In the end if you pay for a
Service and is not delivered in time (1 month) and after 2 months you ask your
Money back, I think is common sense to have a refund. Surprise again! Today they
Contacted me and said that I will not have any money back as the payment done is
No refundable. Wait a minute, that means scam, is it? My story started in November; on 4th
Of December the website supposed to be ready, January I've asked for my money back
Because they failed to offer the service that I paid for; 27th of
February they said that the payment done is No refundable. Thank you, bOnline
Ltd for all the stress, unprofessionalism and waist of time!

I decided to switch from Wix to this company as they had good reviews and the design samples looked good. The initial consultation went well, the sales person was friendly and helpful and came back to me quickly with a quote that was fairly reasonable. My designer was also friendly, and designed a website which looked very professional, which is exactly what I wanted. However, problems started to appear. I was sent an invoice for £178.50 which was an account for the whole amount, but I noticed that on my credit card statement they had in fact taken £330. I called them, and they had 'forgotten' to tell me about the higher amount as a deposit and the account department person had omitted to send me the other invoice. She was pretty rude and unhelpful. I explained I needed an itemised invoice for my records and they sent me an invoice showing reference numbers only! After spending a whole morning on the phone to various people, they eventually fixed it. Unfortunately, it wasn't the only problem. I kept asking my designer to change a photograph on the home page, which I had sent hem several weeks before, and he just wasn't doing it. I had a review of the website, after I asked to carry out several changes, and nothing had happened. I had then a closer look, and there were loads of mistakes, links not working or directing to the wrong pages, text for FAQ under Contact Us, etc. there was such a long list, that I emailed him, copied the head of design in this email and stated I was really dissatisfied. I wasn't expecting to find so many mistakes due to haste and very poor attention to detail. Being a sole trader, I felt I wasn't taken seriously and that my designer regarded the importance of my website negligible, this is the impression I obtained. The head of design was fairly sympathetic, and the problems were sorted, but I was quite angry when he said that the next review would be my final one, to which I responded that it was ok providing all the mistakes had been fixed! My advice is, if you use them, make sure you work closely with your designer, I was too trusting. I have signed up for a year's support, but I'm really not sure if I want to stay with them for longer than that, time will tell. I am due to have a chat with one of the designer about to create pages and amend text myself, I hope this will go well.

Hiring bOnline to build our website was the worst mistake
Our company could have made. We hired bOnline at the end of November 2018 not
To mention that their accounting department is very unorganized and getting a
VAT invoice took months and multiple emails but our website is still not done.

It is now Almost May 2019 a simple templet of the website
Was built. We requested multiple changes to be made i. E. text, pictures, background
Etc. changes took forever to be done and what shocked me at first is that when
We sent a text change request with instructions on what to remove and what to
Add, this change was copied and passed to our website together with our
Instructions. It was an absolute joke. This however is not the end of it.

When the website was semi done and launched we noticed that
Some things do not look well in the mobile version. We made bOnline aware of
The issue and we were promised a fix. The menu looks bad so we asked for the
Menu to be changed on the mobile version. Our highlighted selling points were
Not aligned with so we asked for this to be fixed also, there was a large white
Border on the right side and that needed to also be corrected.

It has been over a month and bOnline is incapable of making
These change. Every time they change the mobile version, the desktop version
Looks bad. When they change the desktop version the mobile looks bad. This is
Now going back and forth for over a month.

It is now 6 months and we are still dealing with the
Nightmare.

BOnline is fast to collect money for your website and
Maintenance which we also paid for a full year in advance however the moment
You pay, you have no help or support (even if you paid for it)

My STRONG suggestion to any business is to stay away from
This company. Remember there is plenty of competition out there and yes the
Cost might be slightly higher but at least it will be worth it.

We made the terrible mistake of trusting bOnline and now we
Are left with an unfinished desktop website, bad mobile version of it and even
Thou we paid for support there is none.

Of a hotel and I always try to give a company the chance to fix things before I

This app is frustratingly unreliable—it malfunctions so often that we have to restart or reinstall it almost every day just to use it, and their tech guys are a waste of time. They should not be allowed to rip off people like this at all,
