I went to Bobby Brown store on 26 th JAn '23 at Mall of India, Noida. There i read it was written 5 min make up tip free and 20 min make up tip free. But i am extremely sorry to state that the sales persons one boy and one girl even on my request of 10 time s they dis not share. I felt very insulted. This is how BOBBY Brown deals with its customer. It was my first time at the store but very bad and for 5 min or 20 min they hasd the time to argue with me but they did not have time to give me tip. Was i asking too much on top of that they did not give a mini bag to carry my lipstick. Dis i go to nay gali ka shop jaha samman ko haath me pakra diya( DID igo to any local shop where the shopkeeper will give u things i your hand. Very very bad experience.

I bought the Creme eyeshadow and after a while the color tip started to fall out. Then the sharp end started to chip. I cut my hand on the sharp tip! When I complained to Macy's where I bought it they said there was nothing they could do. I have a picture of this tip which acts as a weapon but your website does not allow downloading. Fast shipping overall. Excellent products to boot. The only issue is the return process which, when trying makeup or any of a cosmetics line, can take a while to endure until you are credited or exchanging (trail and error for shadings and such) A makeup artist friend recommends going in person to a Bobbi Brown counter and experimenting w/ product and for efficiency if needed, mail order your usuals but when experimenting w/ colors and new products, definitely go in person to a counter. Again, customer service has been sometimes dodgy, be wary of the "post your photo so we can color match you" as nothing and we mean NOTHING can beat color matching in person. There is a gamble with such and often those customer service agents are not trained to truly color match and some are even just "guessing" what your shade is and such. Again, color match at the counter in person and order your usuals via the website.

Like a manicure that chips about an hour after you have it, this cosmetic packaging is deplorable. It breaks apart at the hinges or caps damage easily; product easily snaps or cracks into pieces. I thought it was just a fluke but not so. After several purchases, I've given up (reluctantly). These plastic cases and pencils are the cheapest in the marketplace. Bobby Brown can do better.

This site has amazing makeup! I also really like their moisturizing products. They make a big difference. My favorite product is their longwear foundation. Often, other products wear off by the end of the day. This one really works. Great store!

I've never had so many problems ordering online. It kept kicking me out. I tried for days. I finally called customer service to place the order. It took forever because I got the new person. I got an order # which is USELESS because there is no where on the website to check order status! And the account that the new person started for me shows NO ORDERS. So what am I supposed to look up? How can a website not have a check order status where you can put the # in? Oh... it's a site that sucks you in wastes your time. I will never order from BB again.

Hello, I have place an order on Friday 27/12/2019 10am for a New Years Eve present, I paid express delivery and the item was supposed to be with me on Tuesday 31/12. On Tuesday 31/12 I recieved an email at 11:51am that the item I was supposed to have that date was NOT in stock and that I will get a refund. If you want to have an e-shop and be responsible for it, that is not the way to do it. Good job on ruin the day and leave your (ex)-customer trying to fill a gap in new years eve. Keep up (not) the good work

I really like Bobbi Brown makeup. I don't like the price lol, but the quality is worth it for some things. Eye shadow in my opinion is worth it. And the creamy lip color. This type of thing I would also recommend buying straight from them. You may find it cheaper on Amazon or something, but you never know how old the product is coming from a 3rd party seller.

The products are great and customer service even better. Their packaging needs a little work, but with improvement I would have no trouble buying my cosmetics directly from them instead of going to Macys.

I had purchased bobbi brown foundation stick on an duty free airport in a different country.
These product was so badly handled by the seller that they had given me a broken stick.
I complained to bobbi brown and they sent me a wrong shade as blond shade for my wheatish skin.
And bobbi brown never took my case seriously till date to replace my purchase with right shade.
Please dont buy product this companies its poor in handling their product abroad and poor in product returns and exchange practises

First time ordered their products via their website. I saw some good and bad reviews. My order experience went pretty smooth, everything arrived on time, no missing items. The only reason I gave 4 stars because the bonus items I rerecived from my order was different packaging than the picture online. Instead of a cute little bottle/container, the sample of the facial cream was a foil packaging. It wasn't a very big deal. Maybe it's a normal packaging and it's different from when you get those little gifts at the stores.

Love Bobbi Brown products... hate their customer service. Tried to resolve a billing issue and spent two hours of my time only to be disconnected from both a phone call & on line chat. My issue was never resolved!
It's 2020 not 1995, get it together Bobbi, customer service should be a priority!
