I've never had so many problems ordering online. It kept kicking me out. I tried for days. I finally called customer service to place the order. It took forever because I got the new person. I got an order # which is USELESS because there is no where on the website to check order status! And the account that the new person started for me shows NO ORDERS. So what am I supposed to look up? How can a website not have a check order status where you can put the # in? Oh... it's a site that sucks you in wastes your time. I will never order from BB again.
