After my initial poor review due to not receiving my parts, I called Boats.net and I had no problem speaking with a representative and my parts were immediately sent out agains. I received the parts in two days. Also, I did eventually receive the original order, and returned them to Boats.net.
Paid Extra for shipping and still took 5 days to get. It was only 2 small bearings they weighed less than a pound.
