One of the best things about this site is being able to find the motor and its accessories, and then being able to see the break down of such and being able to order the individual parts. Shipping is expensive for the most part but price of parts seems reasonable especially for older model motors.

I ordered parts more than a week ago and they're not here. In fact I called to add a couple parts an hour or so after hitting the button and they said it already shipped. We like your site and availability, but I'm not sure if we can afford this turnaround time. All of our other suppliers are 2-3 days

They had the small part I needed for my 1998 Yamaha 15 hp outboard motor. It was shipped and arrived in timely manner. I had to pay shipping on a part the size of a thumbtack which is ok but it cost me almost as much in shipping as the part cost.
Was able to find the exact part with diagrams of my exact motor and have them shipped in a timely manner. "I" did however miss a part that I needed. Called the local Yamaha dealer and they said 1 to 2 weeks for the part. Lol. Got my parts in three days. Thank you Boats.net
I don't really understand why you can accept an address, which is valid, yet have it returned because it is invalid, according to the shipping agent. Just because the house or suite number was put before the road address it was deemed invalid. Yet it was shipped from your warehouse, it went goodness knows where and then returned. Anyone with an ounce of sense would have been able to find that address. I then had to fight to get the freight charge returned, that seemed very unfair. Now the parts won't get here until after my guests leave ( as it is being shipped to the Bahamas) and they will miss some fun on the water.

I wasn't pleased to find the spark plugs I ordered shipped in just a plastic bag no cushion or bubble wrap not sure if I'll order from here again

How about an update when you cannot fill an order in a reasonable timeframe.
