Products are terrible quality and they will charge you a £2.99 fee unless you choose store credit. Oh Polly had free returns last I ordered from them and it all comes from the same company. Highly fishy and I would recommend to avoid, unless you want to pay extra just to try on different sizes and styles, may as well go in store somewhere!

This is bad customer service. I cancelled this order because I didn't want to pay over $30 shipping for a $58 product. You told me you refunded me, so I placed another order for over $220 (ordering the same pair of leggings). You told me you refunded me. I will never support your company again. This is awful customer service. Very disappointed

I have ordered from this company numerous times. Their products are great quality, and true to size. However, the most recent package I ordered was never delivered. I opened an investigation with Bo + Tee AND the shipping company, and neither have come up with an answer or replaced my items I paid almost $100 for. Now Bo + Tee won't even respond to me. I've emailed 3x in 2 weeks and can't get a response or a resolution. I guess I will dispute the charge since the items weren't received. Unfortunate.
I do absolutely love boandtee's products, always good quality and have a great range, however, their website is incredibly tedious, not just with ordering but with also finding certain items, these items are available however when you search for them they are nowhere to be seen, I've had to go into my google search bar and specifically search for the product I wanted just to get it to my cart. Their app also is not much help either seems to have similar problems, if their website was to be improved I'd definitely purchase more items.
I ordered $144 worth of clothes only to find out that they do not ship to PO Boxes. Nowhere on the website does it say before ordering your clothing to be weary of shipping limits. I tried contacting FedEx and Bo and Tee multiple times only to get a $7 refund. I will not be ordering from this site again. Save your money.
Ordered $800 worth from this company. It had a security clearance stop and FedEx needed the Company info number for it to be released. It's been 20 days and the email team still hasn't been helpful when they said they would take care of it. It's been sitting at FedEx and has not been moved since Feb 20th. They are not helpful at all. How is the customer suppose to know private information about the company.
I had to cancel an order due to sizing and Ester went above and beyond. They usually do not cancel an order once it had been placed but she was able to cancel it. Awesome customer service with a quick response time.

I absolutely love the Bo and Tee gym wear! Such amazing quality and really lasts years! Unfortunately I received a pair of leggings which were faulty (a part of the seam was damaged and had holes) these things happen. I contacted the customer service team right away provided and evidence of this, IMOGEN and HETTY were very prompt, respectful and so so helpful and sent me out a replacement the very same day! I was very impressed! Love this brand even more now! What wonderful customer service Xx
They don't have an option to view your cart. You can only check out. So annoying that this is not a feature on the website. Accidentally made me misorder. Also, they sent me the wrong item, and they never reached out back to me. Disappointed. I had to reorder the correct item I wanted, and they haven't even gotten back to me about the exchange policy.
I emailed not expecting a reply due to Christmas but Kate replied and was lovely. She was polite and respectful. Thank you.
Their new collections have incredible fit and material. The shorts/bras/leggings are really smooth in their newer collections (which is different from their acid wash and older collections). I tried their sweats and they are super thick and soft.
Shipping: about 4-5 days. The only issue is they may mess up your order in which case you just need to reach out to them and they'll get it sorted.
Staff members were so lovely (especially Poppy) when helping with one of my queries. They were super accommodating and quick responding. Item was perfect. Would highly recommend :)
I LOVE Bo and Tee! I recently made a purchase and unfortunately had an issue with one of my orders, I contacted customer service and Shania sorted everything out very quickly and professionals, compared to other companies I've used Shania was very kind and polite and didn't make me feel like I was in the wrong like some company's do. I found out about this brand back in August and I haven't been more happy about the quality of my activewear and also their customer service. It is phenomenal! I ordered from Boo and Tee but my order was taking longer then usual and I had no
Tracking information. The customer service ladies (shania and phoebe) were great! They responded to me very quickly and answered any questions I had regarding my order!
It was a lovely experience and my clothes were very cute and great quality!
Slight issue with my refund, within 24 hours Samantha had sent a lovely reply to my email, corrected my issue and processed the remaining refund. 10/10 customer service - thank you!
