Bluehost has really gone down hill

Bluehost has really gone down hill. It keeps sending me notices to update my address, but I can't do it because it won't accept my password. Somehow since the update I now have two "accounts" with one domain assigned to a different user. The password to get me into Bluehost will not work on the account screen. You decreased account capabilities for the average user because a few bad apples abused the unlimited policy. Nothing like trying to hide behind some lame excuse to increase prices on all. I guess all good things must come to an end.

My site has been four days in a row. Your techs say they have fixed it but obviously they don't know what they are doing. After four days my site is live again and then in the evening goes down again and is still down. Why DO YOU think you got 1 star? Not really rocket science is it?!

Good overall experience. My one issue is when I purchase a new domain and install WordPress, I need to contact support to ensure the DNS is set up properly. It's a pain.

Something happened to the back-end of my site and as a result, I am having to recreate many sections of my site. What was suppose to have been backed up and restored is more than 2.5 years old instead of being from Feb. 9,2024. I am so angry and it is going to take me months to fix my site and I don't have any confidence that the same issues won't happen again.

We have not had a good experience with Bluehost. It's very difficult to add new users, we are billed far in advance from when our services are due to renew and customer service is difficult to deal with. It often takes several times to resolve simple issues.

When your company makes a large update to your system and requires our user names to be changed. It would be much more convenient for us users if you would keep our user names the same instead of requiring us to do it on the back end.
