Spent 30 minutes with someone who did not understand what I needed. She took my number and told me someone was calling me at 9 am central time. 8 am pacific. Nobody did.

I am trying to start up a website, and I am finding it very confusing. I have not been able to find tutorials, and nothing has been intuitive. I am just overwhelmed and not sure where to go from here.
