I have received a number of telemarketing texts, emails, and phone calls about setting up a website in the 3 days since I registered my domain. I paid extra for Bluehost to not publish my contact info in registering the site so I feel taken advantage of and deceived. I also had trouble as I purchased 2 domains and would like to make the second one my primary domain, but couldn't make the switch right away. I understand that this possibly couldn't be helped and I don't blame Bluehost for it, I just mention it as part of my "overall experience" and to say that I haven't actually been able to do much yet.

For all the intuitiveness this process should have, thus far everything has been a struggle. I have an image for what I want to attain for a website, but the implied flexibility isn't really flexible at all.

Mind you, I'm a former Flash designer, so I'm doomed anyways.

I couldn't even log in to my website after I exited it on the first day I had it due to an error regarding my SSL. I contacted blue host customer support and they were able to help me regain access to my site after a week. Incredibly frustrating to lose access to my site by something I didn't have control over. I am very satisfied with bluehost's customer support.

I have used Bluehost for many years

I have used Bluehost for many years. I have never had a problem building and maintaining websites -- until today. I also am having many problems with selecting on items options and having a "try again later" message or an error.
I can't set up email and it appears that you no longer support email. I don't know what that means for the existing domains that I support. I also am unhappy with what it implies for my new website I am creating today.
