Initially, I want to be able to change my initial plan to the Choice Plan instead of the Basic Plan. Not able to see or change when I click on My Sites. I also wanted to restart the website or page started. I see no way to delete and retry. I may just need to cancel my account and restart it, if that is the easiest way. After all, the questions and issues I had at first, I eventually just started a new account. There has to be a better way to get from point A to point B and if there is a mistake made along the way, a back button or an undo button should be acceccible, at least during the set up stages.

I have tried various times to update my billing info and contact info, but I always get the same message: "Sorry, we couldn't update your billing info at this time. Please try again later". You still keep sending me reminders to update, so what do I do then?
