As a new person it's hard to get started. I used the profile from Blue Host for mail on my apple devices. Now I am getting "Cannot Verify Server" *bluehost not trusted. You need to contact them about many things. So far it's slower than I hoped. Let's hope these are teething issues!

Absolutely abysmal "customer service"

My website went blank and disappeared. I have tried multiple times to reach someone. I spent TWO HOURS two separate times on a chat with 5-30 minutes between them asking questions. They said they sent an email with instructions, it never came. Today, I have been on hold for over an hour and have STILL not talked to anyone. Their so-called customer service is not service at all. My business is currently down because they can't be bothered to actually help me. Their agents do not know what they are doing and seem to be trying to help multiple people at the same time. I've been happy with bluehost up until now but I have never had a problem. If you can't get help when you need it, your website is useless. Mine is currently gone. Based on this experience, I may be changing hosting sites very soon.

Been trying to migrate a new site purchased this morning. Two rounds of chat support still don't have the site moved. After an hour on the phone with the last we have agree to punt and start over. Not good, not good at all. I'm frustrated and maybe it would be easy to cancel and start over.

I can't find things!

I can't find things! I wanted to get to the WordPress Experts on a Saturday at 10 a,m, I am trying to find hours but there are not somewhere I have looked, and I have looked everywhere. So I called. The *******897 phone number. I get a recording that you are closed. Until when? Then you want feedback of how my agent did. I never got through. Talk about insult to injury!

Started with the bluehost website builder but ran into issues, and was then advised by bluehost support that it had issues and it would be better to use the WP builder. Have issues now trying to changing from bluehost builder / themes, so not a great start for a novice.
