I am existing customer for other domains & companies...was happy before especially with support. Now I have a domain registered with GoDaddy, I just paid and set up a new BlueHost account and need eMail with new domain address ASAP (and don't really want to use GoDaddy for that). Unclear if BLueHost is pushing to transfer domain registry (or just host)... no response from CHAT that is offered lower left... will try calling 800 umber...

I am a new customer and still struggling to migrate my services to Bluehost. I purchased professional services for this migration but I've absolutely no visibility on the migration status. I am fed up with sending follow-up emails. Chat Support or phone support don't have any visibility on my case. I was confused/surprised about how to continue with Bluehost. Definitely not recommending this service to anyone. You guys need a lot of improvement. There is no escalation matrix, no account manager, no direct ticketing system for customers, and no direct interaction possible between your technical backend team and the customer.
