Worst experience I have ever had. Needed help to even buy hosting and then Help chat kept telling me I can not update my primary domain because "the sign up process is going on" this is ridiculous.
Having too many time trouble logging in. And I plan to managing multiple sites here but the main login username is the domain of my 1st domain URL... Confusing
Things aren't loading properly. Tried to set up a domain email through google, paid for it and it won't work. Spoke to someone on chat and they said it can take up to 72 hours to resolve!

This company is a scam. Whatever you do, do NOT put your card on file. I paid for a basic plan that costs $35. I then never used the site because a designer messed up the design and I decided to use Squarespace instead. 2 months later I get 3 random charges on my account amounting to almost $600 for marketing - as if I'd want to market a website with bad design when I'm already using a different domain website. I hadn't logged in or used Bluehost in months so I thought I was hacked. I spent a month calling customer service, getting put on hold for hours, being told "they're handling it" and just being given the runaround over and over again for weeks. Finally I check other reviews and see this EXACT situation has happened to multiple people. I spent so much time, energy, and trust trying to figure this out when I could've just disputed it with my credit card company in the first place. Disgusting and shameful company. I still don't even know how to get my domain transferred. Stay AWAY
We attempted a migration from a more expensive host to Bluehost in order to attempt to save money. The short review is you get what you pay for and I had two months of constant trouble and extra expense, then ultimately ended up going back to the original host (chagrined and lesson firmly learned) after finding out the sales team essentially lied to me about what they could and could not support. We had to deal with roughly a week of site outages and extensive malware issues that we did not ever have on our former host. I will say one good thing here - after I left, Bluehost did refund most of my purchase costs.

Luckily your staff was helpful on the chat. After making my domain primary, however, I could not log in to WordPress. You should have a step by step instructions for those who are not familiar with your platform.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
