New website creation interrupted email service for two days, and seemingly deleted the new website. Currently trying to have it resolved, emails are back (by re-creating and migrating our data ourselves, support couldn't help us here) and currently waiting to see if they can recover the website they created.

Read this before EVER considering using this service. I tried to migrate a simple landing page/WordPress site to their service from another. I used their migration plug-in -- however, their migration plugin misfired somewhere, and my site could not be moved from its temporary site -- meaning my customers only got a blank site when visiting my URL.

After 3 days of receiving the runaround from a very diverse set of absolutely incompetent customer service reps (who only knew how to read a standard script, not actually solve any problems), a customer service rep managed to actually DELETE al my files!

It has not been 4 days without a site - this is aggravating and unnecessary.

Never use this service. It may seem cheap, but it will cost you more than a reputable hosting provider.

Bluehost user interface and support has gone down in the last 10 years. I remember when I was able to call and get a live person on the phone that speaks fluent and clear english.

Overall it has been good, but not great. I am a technical professional, and find many things convoluted and poorly placed. The support team has not been great, and several features (like being able to SFTP) are no longer available.
For background, I formerly had a site hosted on bluehost (corriegraphics) for about 8 years.

Service is contantly out, can't access account at least once a week. When I contact support it never ends in a solution. I always just have to try again later. I won't be renewing Bluehost next time. I will be switching to GoDaddy or another more reliable hosting service for my business. Bluehost is also known to be quite slow.
