Lack of attention to detail

Lack of attention to detail. Two accounts were created for me because someone didn't pay attention to the fact that I only wanted to buy another domain. Now I have to take more of my time to merge the two accounts, if I can even do that, after having to wait for payment information to be approved twice.

Your website is garbage

Your website is garbage. I cannot migrate off of it soon enough. Your insistence in pleasing the lowest common denominator in the user base leaves power users and admin feeling like we are playing with a toy, instead of managing infrastructure.

I like the layout and it's easy to navigate. I gave 3 stars because it has become difficult to install the secure sockets layer onto the site domain. It used to be very easy... but not so much anymore.

The new interface (ok its not that new) is incredably difficult to even the most common tasks. I cant find what I'm looking for without digging and digging and digging. And when i go looking for help most links I follow give a 404 Error.

My frustration level is always ramped up when I try to do anything.

You are constantly changing the page that I land on after I login. This is confusing. You are using this landing page to sell things to me. I don't like it. Nor does my web person who has to sort through and find her way. And it takes time and that costs money.

In 2022, you gave my account over to someone pretending to be me. After hours of phone calls and verifying my identity, I was able to get back my account. Great, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Now fast forward…. You updated your platform so we have ZERO ACCESS to our account information! NEVER should I have to contact support to see what my billing amount will be! I should be able to go in an manage my account like I used to. If I want to change plans, I should be able to without wasting time contacting support! This is outrageous! I will be moving my many domains and sites to another company and moving on.
