Lack of attention to detail. Two accounts were created for me because someone didn't pay attention to the fact that I only wanted to buy another domain. Now I have to take more of my time to merge the two accounts, if I can even do that, after having to wait for payment information to be approved twice.

You are constantly changing the page that I land on after I login. This is confusing. You are using this landing page to sell things to me. I don't like it. Nor does my web person who has to sort through and find her way. And it takes time and that costs money.
In 2022, you gave my account over to someone pretending to be me. After hours of phone calls and verifying my identity, I was able to get back my account. Great, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Now fast forward…. You updated your platform so we have ZERO ACCESS to our account information! NEVER should I have to contact support to see what my billing amount will be! I should be able to go in an manage my account like I used to. If I want to change plans, I should be able to without wasting time contacting support! This is outrageous! I will be moving my many domains and sites to another company and moving on.
If only you were not to make unintended impossibility to connect to the admin of wordpress that would be great.

Took 2 weeks and 4 different follow up calls/messaging sessions to get it fixed.
Every time I go to my account and then click on edit site, I am constantly getting an error and it won't load up my site. We have to contact support every time we go to edit the site just to get on.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
