After more than 10 years of using your services and repeated times of incompetent customer service that most of the times didn't know what to do, I finally decided to cancel my business relationship with Bluehost. The final decission was based on the lack of importance you give to serious issues, having to contact 6 times for help and just reading your agents telling "it will be prioritized" but for 3 days my site was down thanks to other incompetent agent who broke it. No thanks, there are really good services out there to have to deal with this again.

Overall experience with BH is good. But I had one major issue: Early this year I had problems logging in on my account. I contacted support many times. First they asked me to try another browser which I did. But after a short time the same problem occurred: I sometimes needed 20 or 30 attempts to log in. Often it did not work at all and I had to try during another time of the day. Support insisted the problem was with the network provider but from Vodafone all was fine. For BH all was fine, for Vodafone as well, and I was left on my own. Already decided to change the hosting provider. The one time I was finally lucky to log in, I decided to disable double verification for log in. Just to try. Since then the log in works fine with ALL browsers, just as before.
After your website redesign it took months to have simple things working again (like login) nothing has been easy and I'm moving to a different provider.
Still not being helped on my issues on the websites. Removing the unwanted parts and getting the domain name i want.

I had to chat for several Tech Support, most of the time call center that responseded seem difficultly getting me patch to the right Tech Suypport. For a week the issues I was facing still an issue; because I they said to go here and there, and later they are the one you who can update what I needed. I recommended to my friends, I hope didn't make the mistakes of recommending you (Bluehost).
Have had constant issues with my website not working or I cannot access it to update/modify it. Once my hosting is up I'll be moving to a different host.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
