The whole system has changed with no notification, ive had to contact supprot and practically start again with lds and passwords and now have to learn the new format of the site, you couldve message to say hey we are changing and here are the changes.

Largest issue is with template addons purchased through Bluehost but do not work. Unable to contact developer for help and Bluehost would not assist with the problem. Basically, a rip-off. Other features are remedial at best.

Bad hosting, there were several problems, the last of which was a hosting problem with the website files.
I contacted the bad support and they did not solve the problem for more than a month and in the end they told me that there is no solution to the problem of the site and its files are in the control panel and they said the only solution is to delete the site.
Unfortunately, I was not able to access the backup copy, and I had to delete the site and build it again. I lost all the content, effort, and money. I created the site again and paid money to build it again.
Other problems occurred after that, and I contacted the bad support again, and after that and a long time, the problem was solved, and I asked for compensation for what happened and the money I lost.
After a long conversation and their confirmation that they had caused a problem, they said, "We will send you a free year's compensation for the hosting and domain." After the conversation was closed, I did not receive any compensation and nothing new has happened yet. I have all these letters and I will file a case for what they do to the clients.

Building a website shouldn't take 9... months! YES. Plenty of my frustration comes from the learning curve and user error. But a lot comes from constant issues with my theme (Elementor,) changes that look great in edit mode that don't work live.
I've paid $175 a month for WP Live and have gotten VERY different answers for the same topic, had to call back multiple times for the same issue. It took 5 days to get Paypal setup correctly!

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
