Outside of previews through the site editor, my page does not load. I've tried through more than one browser and at different times. It always says the page is taking too long to respond, even though it is a simple site. Also, I cannot figure out how to make the contact form send me an e-mail and every explanatory article I have found is too confusing to decipher.

I'm leaving. Hostin experience was subpar. Maybe biggest downside was dashboard loading times, but other small UI frustrations that added up.

Your customer service is terrible

Your customer service is terrible - beyond terrible. I have tried and tried to get help. I either never get a reply or am on hold for up to 40 minutes or get someone who clearly has a language barrier or get disconnected after over an hour with no one reaching back out to me to continue. I have lost hundreds of hours of work.

Issues logging in to my account and support wait times are in excess of 30 minutes no matter what day or time you try. Support person (Mark) knew my call was dropped several times resulting in a complete start over. He promised to call me back and never did!

Customer service is great and immediate. For the most part, the experience is great, however, I have had issues in the past with logging in, or even being able to do anything. I also don't like how extra things I need to pay for that once were included.

I have a recurring problem with emails being rejected. It happens every 2-4 weeks and has been going on for months. Everytime I contact support they tell me it's fixed this time... many hours wasted on this.
