Advertising site security upsell like youtube asking you every time you log in if you want to upgrade to youtube premium. Also, it doesn't look like you can even cancel that upgrade, once triggered... except by technical support

We're from Vietnam and we cannot access bluehost.com unless we have to use VPN.
User interface is so hard to use. Cannot access Cpanel directly, we have to use CPanel through WHM.

We've been your customer for more than 10 years and we're so disapointed.

Usually tech support is pretty good & answers calls promptly. However, on 2/16/24, Ryan said i had forggotten to do one thing with site migration from AWS to Bluehost & it would fix it and he would get back to me. I never got a follow up from him. I ended calling back in the afternoon and got answers from Michelle.

For years I had no problem

For years I had no problem. Then I found out I was being charged to back up, but it wasn't backing anything up. It also became impossible getting into my account. I would have to keep changing the password. I can no longer check it on my phone. I also found out I was charged for a domain name i didn't want. I have taken my website down and will no longer use or recommend Bluehost.

I don't believe your advertised speed are what they say they are
