In 2010 you were the best customer service out there. Now you have limited your phone techs to "delete your cache, sorry thats all we can help with". After years of getting different and conflicting information about products with every service person I talk to, I am leaving bluehost, as soon as I can get the rest of the strings untangled and removed from your service.
In all my years of being in business, I have never experienced such poor service as I have received from Bluehost. Brought my domain and email services over to Bluehost on January 22nd, and I still can't send or receive anything from my email accounts.
Customer service is the deal breaker for any business, by saving money through Philippines call center without proper training, will cost you many customers leaving because they don't have a higher level to complain about the horrible service they received! It is ALWAYS difficult on this site! Difficult to log in (every time), difficult to renew if you don't want to use auto renew. It is asking what account I want to use for payment...there are a ton of them listed, including a company I have never heard of, and no option to add the credit card I want to use.
It is so hard to configure and figure out. Why can't you drag and move the spacing between blocks. It's not intuitive and user friendly.

I've had major issues with signing in and I have people tell me my website isn't working. I go check and for no reason, my website will not be up. I've been very frustrated with the service chats. It take FOREVER to get through an issue because of the huge delays in them answering back. The conversation is SO SLOW! And half the time, I get no resolution and have to try to find a work around. The last time my ticket never got resolved and even when I asked again, no response. I'm looking for a different hosting platform.
The migration of my e-commerce site from Ionos has been awful. Every person I have spoken with at BlueHost has provided different information and most of it is wrong. As soon as the site transferred over it was hit with a 'big' of some kind and reps were pointing the finger everywhere but where it belonged. Then they told me my mailbox transferred over and I did not need to do anything else but several days later I received a note that I needed to set my mailbox up. Plus, the initial person I spoke with sounded great and told me he would be my representative for all things related to Bluehost but when I have tried to reach out to him via phone or email he has never replied. Lots of broken promises and lots of lack of knowledge. I am on the verge of leaving BlueHost.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
