The wheel just spins when I go to "Websites" on my account page. It's been that way for two weeks on two different accounts. I don't have 45 minutes to wait for "Chat" that doesn't read what I posted and asks me the same questions multiple times. Might be time to move back to GoDaddy...
Very poor service delivery in the past few months. Website/ server outages are very common. Extremely poor and unknowledgeable customer support. After years of deteriorating service delivery at growing rates, I am considering moving to another service provider

They stole money from my account after requesting a cancelation. They actually caused me to miss 3 days work, ended up on the phone on hold with my bank and trying to repeatedly call them to cancel. As a write this I'm on hold for 40 minutes hopefully finally going to cancel LOL. I WISH BLUEHOST HAD AN OFFICE IN MY CITY OR I COULD PAY A VISIT TO THE OWNER!

Many years ago I somehow ended up setting up two different sites under the same log in name but with different passwords. This worked very well. Then because of personal time constraints I didn't tend to the sites. Recently when getting back to working on them I can't access the second. When renewing I was informed that I could put both sites on one account, just pay an additional fee and the one could be added to the other. I was offered for the two sites to be merged professionally and accepted and paid that amount. They told me I needed the log in info for the site that was to be merged with the other. I informed them this was the issue I was currently dealing with and can't give that information as the system wasn't accepting it. They asked for information to prove my ownership which I provided. Since that point I am caught in an unending loop of calling and emailing without any progress. It's an unending request for log in information I can't provide, for requests for information I've already sent, to not being provided with a way to resubmit necessary information, to multiple episodes of escalation which all end back at the same place. It's a very frustrating proposition and almost at the point of abandoning everything because an organization doesn't have the ability to communicate between its departments.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
