My Plan comes with the free Cloudfare plan and integration. But all this time it wasn't configured and even when I asked the team since this is your fault so I need free plan for next 6 months as compensation but no satisfied action is taken by customer service team. Now when new subdomain is created the ssl should be configured, one of domain is without SSL and I asked the customer service team to resolve and they said after 48hr its done and nothing is made. Sometimes I get tired of checking and chasing the customer service team.

Spent 30 minutes with someone who did not understand what I needed. She took my number and told me someone was calling me at 9 am central time. 8 am pacific. Nobody did.

The site has been difficult to navigate

The site has been difficult to navigate. Once signed in, the new pages display script only with no options. Trying to update my profile has been a nightmare and is still not correct.

The worst ever experience

The worst ever experience. They recommended upgrading our hosting to the PRO, and were told that the downtime will be 1 hour, it has been 2 days and all our websites are down.

Bluehost has been completely unable to connect my website to the Yoast SEO Premium that I paid for through them for weeks. It is really making me not like this service since I am unable to work on my website and every day costs me. Other than that they have been great but this needs to get fixed TODAY.

I made the mistake of purchasing 3 years of hosting from Bluehost at their very high renewal rates. Nine months into the first year the Bluehost server went down for TWO WEEKS and took down my website down with it. I CAN'T allow this happen again so I had to switch to a more reliable hosting service. Because it was after the 30 day refund period, Bluehost kept SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS of my money.

The SSL certificate doesn't stay updated; the customer service is terrible, which I have already complained about, and the tripling in price for the extension is price gouging considering the service is unreliable and terrible.
