I can not express enough gratitude for the level of service I received from Nathan today. I was concerned bout loosing my website when I was changing the name of my website that I purchased. Nathan fully empathized with me, calmed me down by explaining all the steps that he would take in non technical terms, and was on top of his game. He worked on a lightening speed as he was super confident due to hi level of competency (top notch) an in less than ten minutes, the service was delivered in a glittering box of courtesy, humbleness, competency and super efficiency. I had interacted with Blue host support associates in the past as well and while all were really good, Nathan truly surpassed all of them. Hats off to Bluehost managers for training and retaining such top notch talent. I would seriously recommend Nathan to be given a due recognition by his managers. This is not the simplest of solutions to use (esp for someone who is not very used to running websites) and it seems that with every step there is an add-on service to be purchased.
Access to the free info, great. Only, things have been upgraded, hence academy info would serve if it's based on the upgraded stuff we're interfacing with.
I have found bluehost to be a very helpful tool for web hosting. All though I've had a few struggles, their excellent customer service worked me through it flawlessly.
God service overall. No major issue. Would hope for some faster servers, but does the job for me so far.
I've liked Bluehost since switching a couple years ago. And with the recent UI updates, the interface is much easier to use, just in the website listing page itself. I'm glad I switched from GoDaddy.
Terrible bluehost hosting these days. In 2013 until 2017, it was best but not they are terrible. User interface is no good and the there's constant push to buy additional products.
It won't let me request to transfer a domain from someone's account - they informed me that it was possible, but it doesn't work for some reason - is this a bug?

We have (2) Pro Hosting plans with Bluehost and to stay on top of the "extras" they like to sneak on the auto billing is a full time job. Support chat is a joke. Don't waste your money.
There is not a SINGLE recent change on the control panel that redeems itself. The login is buggy, the main panel is terrible, it takes dozens of clicks and loading screens to get where anyone would need to go. Its just TERRIBLE
Nothing works, I get a 502 error or can't connect error since I signed up. Its actually quite annoying. It all loads slow. I am not impressed so far. Trying to build a site and haven't gotten far.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
