Affordable hosting, but frequent and persistent malware issues are frustrating. Not to mention the quality of customer service being able to quickly resolve issues has fallen.
The Control Options are different from another hosts, I'm taking a learning curve but so fast to understand the settings for my website, and BTW... its faster than others
When I first became a custom of Bluehost several years ago everything was great. Since Bluehost changed to outsourcing support overseas it has become a much less satisfactory experience.
You seem to be adding services I have not signed up for- such as the Wordpress Choice Plus Hosting- why
Also my sites have gone down due to Maintance- how long- the message "Check back tomorrow" is not great at all
You are already charging for my website and leave my information exposed unless I pay you more money. That is AWFUL. It's criminal. I will not continue with this platform because that is scummy.
Changes and updates are done on the bluehost account without any prior notice. And some times the support is not technically pro to answer our questions.

I don't care for the constant changing of login procedures. Or the fact that every now an then, you wont let me into my website. If you need me to change my password for security just tell me.
We pay for the dedicated server and frequently have to reboot the server because our site is down. No telling how many sales were missed because of this.
I was able to easily update payment method. When entering BlueHost, I clicked the wrong button and suddenly ended up on a site for CyberFortress which seemed to indicate that BlueHost had been bought by CyberFortress which is not true.
I transferred my website To BlueHost 6 months ago or around, I was Having a malware and pay them to clean the website they took two months and came with apology. Now I'm only wishing to transfer to another host and I still can't due to a technic problem!
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
