Your pin number restrictions are too severe for me to use my regular one.
Mail storage is too expensive.
The tone of your interface is unprofessional.
The pop-up every time I log in about adding domain protection security is very annoying, and there does not seem to be a way to dismiss it and keep it from recurring. Not very professional.
Poor customer service. I have mail issue which can't able resolve. Cutomer service team are very rude. If i ask specific they keep on saying same answer.
Working on things alone and I know I will need some assistance to move forward but thanks for the little side tips coming in to help me along so far tell me what need to go next Slowly I'm getting there I believe
I am hot impressed that I cannot easily find ANYWHERE within my account area WHEN - ie: the date - that my hosting plan expires and will need renewing. Is there a reason you are hiding this information from me? I even tried looking at past bills / invoices and NOTHING shows. SERIOUSLY? I should be able to find this information in my account. I can find when my DOMAINS need renewal, but NOT my hosting plan. VERY UNIMPRESSED
Email account doesn't work since paying for it.
Service via chat is horrible.
Website platform is too complex.
Can't even see your email on your iphone cell phone.
I have had nothing but issues with DNS on Bluehost with this account. Which is a bid abnormal. I hope I can point this to use cloudflare today without the site going belly up like last time
I am just throughly confused. Set up passwords and have id etc but can't seem to get anywhere. I'm not saying the program is no good, just that my experience so far is not good.
I was happy either the experience with blue host. They were quick and product was of good quality. Timely response to any query or support requested
Have had constant issues with my website not working or I cannot access it to update/modify it. Once my hosting is up I'll be moving to a different host.
The experience thus far has been poor. System locked up when trying to set things up, had to reach out to support - they did fix issue within 20 minutes. Very poor instructions for new users
The site is not intuitive at all, I can't seem to make anything happen. One more day and if I can't get anything done, I'm asking for a refund. So far, basically useless for me.
I don't like having everything moved around and changed. I also long for the versatility of something like Publisher, where you can easily place anything anywhere you want.
Website got removed although customer service in getting it back was excellent had it not been for that incident I would've rated it 5 stars but the customer service was truly out of this world
The last 2 chats with support have created a problem and then made it worse. Now I have to call support in an effort to get assistance. This has been a waste of almost 90 minutes of my time.
This is a very complicated platform. I bought domain and hosting back in January/February and still haven't been able to actually edit my website. There are multiple steps and are very confusing.
Poor customer service experience recently. Lack of knowledge left a client's site unaccessible for days due to this. I fixed the issue myself by uninstalling elementor and elementor pro plugins, then reinstalling. Pretty simple fix to the 500 error that 3 different techs weren't able to discern.
I am very thankful for them and this service. We do our best right!? My review is just and I see room for growth. Cheers.
Finding my way around is not as easy as I thought, simple cpanel options are missing and takes a lot of fiddling around. For example dns management settings.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
