I was under the impression it was a one time payment. I've been billed monthly. My website isn't even live yet. This site is filth. I want to delete my account.
Smooth experience. The interface looks clean and easy to use. I'm very satisfied with the customer service! Incredibly fast! I didn't have to wait more than a minute to receive assistance.
I am happy with the customer service. My issues are always quickly resolved.
I also like the fact that there is monthly payment option.
And also, your server has minimal downtime.
In all my years of being in business, I have never experienced such poor service as I have received from Bluehost. Brought my domain and email services over to Bluehost on January 22nd, and I still can't send or receive anything from my email accounts.
So far so good! I've already contacted support for help and my request was answered right away. The technician I spoke with resolved the issue quickly and I'm a happy camper
Changed without notifying the quota available. Even when I had unlimited space the whole system crashed. Additionally your agents do not have the technical knowledge
Your set-up does not accommodate overseas format for phone and address - my address is not a single number it is 24/18 - not one number. Putting in my phone number as *******678 your system keeps saying this is not compatible with my countries requirements - it certainly is - I do not know of any other way to input it. Finally there is no way to contact you other than by phone, from the UK - at what cost? VERY POOR SERVICE
I dislike the new cPanel format. I no longer can find where DNS records like CNAME are located. I preferred the old token system for accessing support but that is just because I have a non-Buehost issue with connecting to the registered email address.
Can you please not attack me with "unprotected" upsells when I login? How long have I had my account? I haven't had domain privacy all this time, and it's on purpose. I don't need it. Thanks.
I have had issues with this account since the beginning. First it was finding support for the website- every time I needed help- I was referred to the site building department. I understand if I needed someone to build/design, I'm asking why the templates provided are not working on my site that you provide. Then the annual billing, every year around this time, my email and website stop working for 2-4 days. Every year, its currently not working and when I called in the lady got frustrated that I needed further explanation of DNC and why if my account is set to renew in July would my site be down in March. As it has done every YEAR! Now I'm waited for my site to be up so that I can continue business- telling clients 'I don't know why i'm not receiving your email.' WHEN IN ACTUALITY MY HOSTING COMPANY NEEDS TO 'FLIP A SWITCH' OR 'DIG DEEPER INTO MY ACCOUNT' OR 'ITS BECAUSE YOUR TOKEN IS DIFFERENT THAN PROVIDED' OR 'DNC' OR 'ANNUAL MAINTENANCE'
Nothing works correctly!
I can't log into WordPress admin page!
I can't see Cloudflare setting on my dashboard!
SSL is not set correctly!
I don't know what is WPADMIN LOGIN Username and Password!
Everything is UNCLEAR! PLEASE tell me how to solve theses problems!
Needed to change email and get back in - I did think that I had already done this last year so I'm not sure why it reverted to old email
I am still waiting for someone from Administration to call about the terrible service I have been receiving from this company. I have filed a BBB complaint and still have not received a call from bluehost.
Well I can't log in sometimes like my log in doesn't work. Other than that it is complicated I gotta sign in to my website after I'm already in Wordpress or something so I gotta figure it out other than that the editor and other stuff is good it is just kind of complicated to navigate but yeah also Jesus Christ Loves you and died for you
Bluehost is too hard for me to use and I'm not able to learn. Also, I though cost was around $5.00 per month. I've spent a great deal more than that and have nothing
Prices high for domain name renewals and hosting. And I have had expensive malware problems on your servers twice, so the security is not what I need. I am moving my sites to Wix and Squarespace.
I RECEIVED MY 6 DIGITS confirmation code and entered it and it did not take, I had to use my recovery key.
I am in. But why do you hide Webbly? So frustrating. I always have tp hunt for it to start building my site.
Agents are not accurate with information, and website changes "by itself". There is always an issue with the website that sometimes I can get to resolve but most of the time not.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
