I have had many positive experiences. The website is wonderful. I just need my booking calendar added per the pro ticket I submitted. That should take a few minutes and then the website can go live.
My Bluehost based email accounts were blocked repeatedly for weeks and the Bluehost chat support just kept going in circles doing the same thing over and over and not solving the problem. They refused to provide direct responses to diagnostics that were performed by Spamhaus and Cloudmark and they refused to escalate my problem to a higher level. One tech told me she did escalate and they would contact me but later I discovered she never escalated my problem.
Whenever I ask for technical support the agent just try's to sell me more stuff and wastes my time. Your company hasn't given me any confidence to spend any more money on this website so far

The new interface just create more steps before getting to my account management. Also, you add more JS and tracking sites that prevent the interface work while there are anti-spam extension

I called yesterday and the customer service rep told me I would receive an email with answers in a half hour. Next day, and I've still heard nothing and my website is still down.
Bluehost services EXTREMELY deteriorated over the past two years, thinking of migrating. Sites not reachable, account access issues, yesterday spent 4-5 HOURS trying to log in... your agents do not speak/write understandable English sometimes, so much less can they help. HORROR.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
