If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother for her retirement. I wrote the address for her business and the suite number she is in. The driver didn't read the address and just took the flowers to the main building. I don't know where he dropped them off at. And they were delivered WITHOUT water. So they then sat for 24 hours WITHOUT water before they were found and brought to her office. Of course, she had retired so one of her co-workers had to bring them to her house because she no longer worked there. They looked awful. Blossom then reached out to my mother to ask how the delivery was, she told them what happened and they asked to see the arrangement. So she sent them pictures of the arrangement and after she did, she didn't hear from them. So she reached out and asked them what they would do about it and they said they were sorry but they would only deal with the person who sent the flowers. Um, then why did you reach out to the recipient AND ask for pictures of the recipient? So I was out of town and wasn't able to call until Monday. When I called, customer service told me it was my fault for not putting special instructions that it was a different building (even though the address is on the outside of the building in huge numbers), so they would not offer anything but a 20% refund. No replacement flowers, no full refund. Nothing. I'm not an unreasonable person, but to tell me it's my fault when I clearly wrote the address of the building and when the building is clearly marked, it's for sure not my fault. Shape up Blossoms. I will not be using you again. And you might want to train your customer service people to not tell the customers that it's their fault when it was your driver that screwed up...
This place is a scam! I bought the Loving Harmony for my gf's bday on 1/22/24. I paid the extra money for the premium arrangement and the extra money for the expedited delivery to ensure it would be there before 1pm. The flowers were NOT delivered before 1pm and numerous attempts to contact the company failed. Their email AI support (LunaAI) kept reassuring me that the order would be delivered asap, but the flowers weren't delivered until after 5:30pm, after which my gf had left work and the building was closed. My gf showed up to work the next morning and had a random coworker deliver the dead and wilting flowers to her desk. 1) they did not meet the 1pm deadline despite paying the expedited delivery fee; 2) they delivered a basic arrangement, not the premium I ordered; 3) the flowers were dead and wilting; 4) the card / note was not in included in the arrangement; 5) the email AI responses were complete garbage and no steps were taken to fix the situation; 6) when I finally got in touch with a human they said they'd "submit a ticket to remedy the issue" and promised me a call back. It's been over 24 hours and no remediation has occurred, not one person from the company has contacted me, and the issue has certainly not be remediated. This is a negative review from a disgruntled customer, it's a warning to all future customers. Go with 1-1800 Flowers, it's a much safer bet. If I could give a Zero Star rating I would!

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Blossom flower delivery service that I felt compelled to share. I placed an order over the phone for same-day delivery, and I was promised that my flowers would be delivered on the very same day. However, this promise turned out to be nothing more than empty words, and it left me extremely disappointed.
When I inquired about the possibility of a same-day delivery, I made it clear that if it couldn't be accomplished, I didn't want the order to proceed. The customer service representative assured me that they could indeed deliver the flowers on the same day.
To my shock and dismay, I received an email four hours later stating, "Due to a delay in delivery your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted on the next available day. We sincerely apologize for the delay. We sincerely appreciate your patience and treasure your valued business." This message was a slap in the face, and it made me question the professionalism and organization of this company.
What followed was a nightmare of customer service. I attempted to contact them multiple times, spending hours on hold, just to request a refund for an order they failed to fulfill. To add insult to injury, they refused to accept responsibility for their actions and offered me a measly $5 credit instead.
This entire experience left me feeling frustrated, cheated, and deeply unsatisfied with this company's services. It's clear that they are not only unprofessional but also have no qualms about making promises they can't keep. It's a shame that a company can charge customers for a service and then fail to deliver on their commitments.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using this flower delivery service. My experience with them was nothing short of a disaster, and I would hate for anyone else to go through the same ordeal. Their unprofessionalism, broken promises, and lack of accountability make them a company that is not worth your time or money. My experience was, unfortunately, terrible. The arrangement I selected was elegant, soft, and beautiful. It was a sympathy arrangement for a close friend and colleague and cost me $110.00 CAD. I was expecting it to look similar to the one on the website - and acknowledged there would likely be some slight variances. What was sent looked like an arrangement I would pick up from Costco or Safeway for $30. I sent an email along with photos of what I expected and what was received. More than 24 hours passed prior to someone reaching out to me. Ralph apologized, defended, and then offered me less than $10 as a refund. I advised this was unacceptable. He then moved to 20%, also unacceptable. He then stated that 25% is all he could refund - $16, also unacceptable. I wasn't expecting a $70 refund, even though that is what I should have received. I am incredibly disappointed in this company as a whole. I will not purchase from them in future and will be sure to spread the word that "Buyer Beware" as you will not get anything close to what they post on their website. Instead of roses, freesia, hydrangea, and irises - I got carnations, daisies (and not the Gerbera ones, but the inexpensive ones), mums, and maybe 2 roses (it is hard to tell from the photo). For $110?
Their substitution policy mentions exchanging like for like - it just may be a variation in colour (white vs cream; pink vs purple). That is not what happened. The two arrangements didn't look remotely similar.
Oh! And the staff made a typo when writing the card and rather than be professional about it, used messy liquid white out rather than re-writing the card. Unacceptable.
Essentially - I got bargain flowers at an inflated designer price and the company isn't willing to acknowledge that or actually be accountable. I consider this to be theft and have asked to speak with Ralph's supervisor as this does not adhere to their own Substitution Policy on their website.
I will provide an update as to whether the company will step up and make it right, or if they continue to not take responsibility.
I will also continue to write reviews to express my disappointment in the hopes that someone else doesn't get taken advantage of.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I ordered flowers for a friend who had a death I the family. Flowers were scheduled to be delivered 10/11. I tried to track the order on 10/11 and the site said "order not found". I called customer service and was told the flowers were delayed bc they did not have the supplies. I was never notified of this. That didn't work for me or the recipient bc she was going out of town for over a week. I told the customer service agent this and she just kept repeating "we cannot refund. We cannot cancel". She said I had to call back the following day (Wednesday) to cancel bc they would have the supplies (didn't make sense) I called back Wednesday and spoke to a nicer lady who told me the flowers were out for delivery but not to worry they would not be delivered if they could not get in contact with the recipient and that she was contacting the delivery driver to tell them not to deliver (this was at 12:15). She told me to call back tomorrow( Thursday) and give them a date to reschedule. I called back today and was told "we cannot reschedule bc we delivered your flowers at 12:39 yesterday." After questioning several times why they were delivered when I was told on the phone that they would not be I asked the recipient to check her cameras and the flowers were not delivered Wednesday like the customer service lady said. They were delivered this morning at 10:16am. So not only did every single person I speak to lie to me. They will not reschedule or refund the order bc they delivered it even though I asked them not to since the family was going to be out of town. If they would have delivered the flowers on the promised date they would have been home however now the flowers are going to die and I am out $90. Anytime is ask to speak to a supervisor I am told they are out "checking deliveries".

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my cousins funeral on 1/4/23 for delivery to the funeral home on 1/5/23.
Well, they didn't arrive to the funeral home and I called them back... they said they are out for delivery! Never arrived again... Then they said they would be delivered on 1/6/23.11:00 am on 1/6 got a call they they would need 20.00 more in order to provide flowers with the arrangement as they were out of flowers and would have to purchase from a floral partner. I refused and then they said they would only be able to provide a single plant. I asked that they email me a picture of the plant and if it wasn't adequate for my $77.00 I would like a refund. No email has arrived. I have called them three times and was run around that they would have to check the other customer service person to see what is happening. But it appeared that a driver was assigned and was out for delivery. Time is now 4:32 pm, 1/6/23 and trying to call and just being put on hold and then hung up on. I originally was purchasing a $60 set of flowers, they insisted that I upgrade to premium for $130 total… my girlfriend received a set of flowers "STANDARD" $60 set and they pocketed the difference.
