I ordered the deluxe pink kalanchoe plant to be delivered to a family member who had recently lost her son. The plant should have been delivered the next day which ended up being delivered almost a week later. The interesting thing is that I received notice that the plant had been delivered on day 2, when in fact it hadn't. I spoke with someone by phone who act as if they were trying to reach the delivery person but unsuccessful. This person assured me that it would be delivered and they would get back with me. I also communicated with someone via email with much of the same conversation. Long story less long, the first photo is from their website vs what was delivered in the second photo. I am not a plant expert but what was delivered is no where a deluxe plant. It looks more like a starter in the budding phase. I will never order from the business again. I can't say for sure that they are scammers but they are very close.
We ordered flowers from out of town due to a death in the family. They did receive them but because they have zero communication skills, we were never notified they had been delivered. When you call, you get a bot & no human to speak to. You get the option to hold or get a call back. We opted for a call back and when we got the call, I was 10th IN LINE for a customer service person. Look AI is not your thing & stop using it. It sux. We were NEVER notified of delivery. We found out from a relative. NEVER again.
My boyfriend ordered me flowers, teddy bear. Supposedly was to arrive Dec 29th no delivery, then being delivered Jan 3rd, still no delivery!
We will never ever order through you again. Thank you for ruining what was left of the holidays. Then we check to see when it was coming only to find it was cancelled but not by us. This is very disappointing.
Ordered my flowers two days in advance, and they said they were able to deliver no problem. I get a call the day of saying they do not have the flowers I ordered in stock, but they can send my order to a partnered florist but will need me to pay additional $30 as compensation for them to be able to. AND, my order will be delivered one day late. I would have had to pay an additional $60, but they were oh so kind enough to cover half of it...They only way I could get an order for the price I originally payed would be delivered on Friday, two days after my Mothers birthday. After reading these reviews, I'm realizing I should have just canceled my order and I'm scared of what my mom will actually be receiving. I got a coupon $10 though. Thanks.
I was lied to about the presence of the florist in the town I wanted flowers sent to. I was pestered by phone, email, and texts the three days it took to get the address I needed. The flowers were delivered four days late, not at all what I ordered, and seemed to come from another state. At least they refunded my expedited delivery fund. Sorry I didn't resd the reviews first.
A zero rating. Very poor service! A special occasion ended up a disaster. A bday surprise package should be delivered in express time before 1 pm to a business company. It hasn't delivered at all until i receive a call from my daughter
asking if i received it. We called CS, they say to deliver to my house, still nothing! How can they run a business when they cannot deliver on time? A flower shop? I demand a full refund for my daughter, i don't need the flowers anymore. It's not my bday anymore!
I placed my order 10 minutes after store opened & was promised same day Saturday delivery. They texted me after store was closed that my delivery would not be made as promised and it would be next available day delivery. It was delivered to hospital Monday evening at 6 o'clock. Also I was billed in US funds.

Absolutely the worst company. 0 customer service and I'm pretty sure it's just a scam. Been waiting for a delivery for the last 6 days and they're just not even communicating with me anymore. Arrangement was for an in memoriam. So disgusting, these people should not be in charge of anything that involves anything emotional. Total cash grab run by horrible people. Barf.
Ugh. Ordered a flower arrangement for my mom and it was supposed to arrive by 2pm. By almost 4pm I was reaching out to them VIA chat, no response. Finally I wait on hold for 10 minutes and the lady tells me the flowers won't get there until tomorrow. I say no way it's too late. By this time I was able to drive to TJs and buy the flowers myself. She insists several times. I told her, maybe if you guys called me first, but no, I called YOU and got the info that the order was delayed. Unacceptable. Bad customer service.
Ordered flowers for my mother in law's passing and was given next day shipping. Almost a week later, I finally got them to agree to a refund for undelivered plants, but not until I complained to the BBB and put in a dispute with my bank. Complete scam. Advice- DON'T USE THEM! You'll get no nowhere. I don't know that I'll actually receive my refund.
DO NOT ORDER from this company! I ordered flowers from this company for a friend who lost a family member. My credit card was charged, the flowers weren't delivered and after 5 phone calls to customer service (where they kept telling me they were checking into it) and a week later, I got a refund (but still no flowers delivered). They also called my friend and bothered her with their nonsense, putting her on hold to ask about the flowers.

Had a major surgery! A dear friend from CA who also had a major surgery sent me flowers to cheer me! This unethical business, left the flowers in a mangled box on our porch, did not ring the bell and we would not have even known they had been thrown there if the dog hadn't barked. They were already brown and wilting when we placed them in a vase. Completely browned by day two. Were delivered several days late. They charged her for flowers then charged her a separate delivery fee after the sale and had the nerve to request more for a tip! Unethical and completely unprofessional!
This is not a local company, all of the support is in India. I ordered Florists Choice from the website, then they said I needed to pay an additional $15 because they were out of stock. I said ok, then they still didn't deliver the flowers.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day, even going above and beyond to add a generous tip. Only to receive an email at 4:30 that the order wouldn't be delivered on Valentine's Day. To make matters worse the office was closed, so I wasn't able to speak to anyone about this. Please avoid this company, and spend your money elsewhere.
Abysmal company. Ordered a sympathy arrangement. They trick you making their site appear like a local company. Called me 2 hours after the delivery window saying they can't deliver for 3 more days. How about a big F U to this company. Reported them to my credit card company. Scam scam scam scam SCAM stay away!
Their website says they will deliver an order the same day if it is placed by 5 PM. My order was placed the day before I wanted delivery. By 2 PM day of delivery they call to say their last truck is out and they will not deliver till the next day! This was for an anniversary! Never again!
As others before me have found, I find it a shame that there's not a ZERO STAR option in this review. I could write a long, detailed review about the extreme frustrations regarding the claimed delivery of an order that was a complete nondelivery and the ensuing conversations with so-called customer representatives, but suffice it to say that I'd be shocked to find out that this is a legitimate business. It has all the hallmarks of a scam. Don't spend any money with this organization of crooks.
I paid extra for same day delivery before 1pm and they never delivered the flowers but still charged me for it. I called and spoke with customer service who told me they had delays today and she would send me a $4.00 refund for the inconvenience on a bouquet of flowers that cost me close to $100. I would not recommend them to anyone.
