I ordered a large flower arrangement for a funeral standing spray. The price was $164.99. They charged me extra $16.98 shipping, extra $5.99 delivery fee, an Extra $5.00 tip, extra $4.99 handling fee. I was very surprised when I received my credit card statement, the $197.95 become $277.13 They charged in USD amount, but they never said so, I was not expecting that. They also said would send me a picture of the arrangement when ready, when I call back to remind them of the photo, they said they do not have the ability to do that, but they said YES so they would sell the product. I paid $277.00 Canadian dollars, and never saw the product, so I don't even know if at least the arrangement was beautiful or not.

My sister & I wanted a pretty bouquet for our sister who is waiting for heart surgery. This was a sudden change from someone who was previously very active and healthy, so it's been a great concern for our family.
My sister ordered a bouquet of sunflowers with a Get well balloon and 2 mylar balloons--$100 after delivery fees, etc.
What was delivered? MAYBE 6 sunflowers wrapped in white paper.
NO vase
NO balloons.
Customer service offered a 10% discount. Not acceptable.

Placed an order for flowers for a funeral. The next day they said they couldn't do the arrangement due to "low supplies", so they'd make something else up. They said they'd send the confirmation email that the order was delivered, & no email was received. Nothing. Ended up calling & the flowers were not delivered for the funeral. We had to call to find this out. Nobody reached out or anything to disclose this information. They are now saying we have to wait 2-6 business days for a refund since no flowers were delivered. After reading all these reviews, I feel there will be no refund, & am well aware of the scam of a "company" this is. They even quoted a price for the mastercard transaction, & added an extra charge of $30 for the US exchange rate & did not make any mention of so. DO NOT order ANYTHING from these bs scammers. This is not a company, it's a joke stealing so many peoples money.
I ordered Orchids for my daughter's 40th Birthday. The picture advertised was a beautiful full bouquet. The arrangement that arrived looked as if it was prepared for a funeral. I contacted them the same day and was told another arrangement would be sent. It never arrived after 3 wks and multiple attempts I was told they could refund 15% of my $120 purchase. After attempting to find a resolution I was told that they would not replace the arrangement due to being unable to get from flowers from their supplier. Their final offer was 20% or nothing which I did not accept.
I ordered flowers for a funeral. I understood suppliers didn't have certain flowers but I was assured they would make it up with same valued flowers. To be sure, I requested a picture before delivery. No picture, no receipt, no nothing even stating they were delivered. They should be shut down for the garbage that was sent to that funeral. Totally embarassing!
I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Flower order was never delivered and I had to call every day for 3 weeks for a follow-up, I had to repeat the situation every time. I was always promised someone would get back to me, never happened. Do yourself a favor and do not use their services.
My flowers were suppose to deliver by 1 pm on 8-26-22 but at 7pm on the 26th the tracker said delivered but I was already home and outside but no delivery driver pulled up with my $100 flowers I ordered to be delivered to my wife to our house but they never came. The customer service said 24 hours and would be in touch. It's now been 4 days and nobody has called. I demand my refund immediately. I'm tired of dealing with this Headach amd I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows that y'all are a SCAM. I promise and How can you sleep at night knowing you scam people out of there hard earned money. It's sad and I don't want to be you when the day comes and you have to answer for your sins.
We ordered live plants in a basket on December 28th, for around $65.00, the total when I went to checkout was $81.00 but I thought maybe the delivery charge was on top of that and being stressed already because it was for someone that just lost her husband, I just wanted the flowers delivered that day or the next. When I got the confirmation email, it still said 81 dollars and looked like the flowers would be delivered the next day. After checking to make sure the information was right, I was told the flowers would be delivered February 3rd. My bank statement read that they had charged me $114.00. I cancelled my order. I would never use or recommend this company again. Awful business to deal with.
I very rarely post negative reviews, but this website is a SCAM. The arrangement I ordered for $75+ arrived half-dead, didn't include the flowers that were pictured and wasn't even the correct color scheme.
When I contacted their customer service, I was asked to provide a photo, which I did and received an auto-response from LunaAI stating that a replacement arrangement would be sent, which would have been fine. However, after almost a week with no delivery, I reached out to customer service a second time and was told that the best they could do was a 50% refund and that the offer from LunaAI wasn't valid because it was an automated chat.
So, basically, I paid $35, lost over an hour of my time on the phone and my mother who just had heart surgery received a crummy bouquet of daises and some roses. I would have done better getting grocery store flowers.
Avoid this place at all costs.
Their website looks like any online florist with the same selections and data entry windows. Do not be fooled! This is deceptive since this business is not a flower shop but a 3rd party at best. Flowers are never delivered on day pomised, an e-mail comes later instead stating the flowers selected are unavailable due to a shortage. Refunds are promised but not executed. Other reviewers state flowers or just plants arrive days later that are cheaper inferior versions of what was originally ordered.
Their self-reported rating of 4.5 is fake. Do another search--use sitejabber, use BBB--you'll see that they have a 1 star review. I wish I'd have been more thorough. I ordered for a Sunday delivery and ordered a sunflower bouquet. I called on Monday and was told they were being delivered that day. After 6 pm, the flowers were left, and they weren't at all what I ordered and were, according to the recipient, "worse for the wear." The recipient thanked me "for the thought behind the flowers." I paid nearly $70. $50 for the arrangement and the rest was service charges. I reported to my credit card. The photo below shows what I ordered vs what she received: bright happy flowers vs. drooping, dying ones.
Not only was my order never delivered after multiple follow ups, no apology was offered re why my friend never received her flowers. I was put on hold multiple times and told various reasons including that the delivery driver never went out and then that they simply couldn't get ahold of the designer. As if that's an acceptable reason for not fulfilling an order? I asked for a full refund and was offered a $5 credit and a coupon for a future order which was beyond insulting. Insisted on full refund and let them know I would be writing a couple of reviews like this. I don't know how they've managed to hide google reviews but if I'd know this was how they operated I never would have ordered from this shop. Don't waste your time and money.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers, Elegant Garden Bouquet for a friend's 74th birthday. The flowers were never delivered. My friend never received a call from them. My MC account was charged $88.97. I have made repeated requests to customer service at this company to either deliver the flowers or refund my account.
They have no explanation why the flowers weren't delivered. Next step will be a payment dispute with MC for non-delivery from Blossom Delivery. Horrible customer service!
Did not get the flowers on time and they look like $#*! and do not use them for anything. This was a waste of money and time i had to call the 8 times to see where the flower was and very rude people. I am going to fight to get my money back from them they are a-shole company
I have also had a terrible experience with Blossom Flower Delivery and wish I had checked BBB ratings before using them. Agree with another reviewer that one star is too generous. The delivery was three days late and a tacky little arrangement that looked nothing like the centerpiece I had ordered. I spent hours trying to find out where the delivery was with no success. Then what a disappointment when it arrived! They asked for a photo, which I sent, and then offered an insulting 10% off the original price. I was able to negotiate up to 20% off but did not pursue it further because I was so sick of dealing with them. I have ordered successfully through Flowers.com and FTD in the past and should have stuck with one of these services. From my credit card statement I believe this outfit is located in Van Nuys, CA. Interesting that two of their various call-asking numbers turned out to be for hospitals in my (very different) area code. Not illegal I guess, but it should be!

They are not an actual florist. They are a third party business that pockets majority of your money. They dont have "designers". They solicit small businesses to fill their orders. They are sharing your credit card info and not filling your orders. You do NOT get what you pay for. SHOP LOCAL ONLY!
I ordered flowers for my mother in law to be delivered on her birthday. They assured me they were local (not true) first they said they were in Prescott --then they said they were in Surprise, AZ. They are actually based in CA--with customer service in a different country. I spent 3 hours of my life trying to get this resolved/ refunded. They told me it was delivered-- but they had no proof. I asked to speak to a manager-- they told me 2X on 2 different days that the manager had "just left for the day". % days later--I spoke to a rep-- and after them investigating and finding no proof of delivery--they told me they would refund in 5-6 business days. We shall see. Buyer beware.
