I ordered my Wife a dozen red roses for our Anniversary and paid extra for expedited delivery. The roses did not arrive and when I called customer service they said they would arrive the next day or they could send out some lilies or mums or something in an arrangement. I said no it was our anniversary and I ordered Red Roses and that's what I want. They never sent the roses!
Terrible company, foreign customer service rep. Could not understand his language!
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a $172.00 exotic floral plant. They delivered a left over $20.00 easter plant that looked nothing like the website arrangement that I purchased! Then the scam continues with this company with them offering only a 20% discount. This company is a call center and not a florist. They will take your money, deliver an arrangement worth 5% of the funds that they collected and then they pocket the other 95% OF YOUR MONEY. You will never get this company to resolve the issue, send a replacement or refund your funds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM!
I wish that I had taken the time to research reviews on this company prior to placing my order. Unfortunately I did not, and I fell for the same scam as many other reviewers, here on Yelp.
Blossom Flower Delivery did not deliver the arrangement that I ordered for my mother (even after paying an extra fee for expedited delivery) and then called to reschedule delivery for a different day. On the day they were supposed to be delivered, they called asking me to make an additional $25 payment to complete my order.
Blossom Flower Delivery is a fraudulent website, you will not receive what you paid for, and the likelihood of seeing a refund is not great.
The flowers are still not delivered. Three days late as of right now. I called three times and was placed on hold and the representatives never came back on the line. I have disputed this entire charge with my bank. I even left a tip. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Funeral from this awful company. Not realizing it wasn't a local florist. The arrangement was a joke with less flowers than a grocery store bouquet and over $100. Then when I called to complain they told me to take a photo of the flowers ( the service was the day before) and offered me a 10% refund. I told them to keep their refund that I would get more than $10 of satisfaction from writing this review.
I requested flowers to be delivered to my wife after she lost her cat of 15 years. I had them scheduled to arrive on Nov 3rd. They never showed. I emailed about it. They were like 'sorry we're backed up they'll be delivered on the 7th." They didn't tell me that on their own, they didn't notify when I bought the flowers, just left me in the wind. Trash company, they don't care, they don't communicate, don't waste your time or money.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I wished I had read the reviews before ordering! My son and I ordered the "Loving Harmony - Deluxe" more than a week before Valentine's Day for his girlfriend and paid $138. The Loving Harmony is a beautiful bouquet of roses and lilies. Someone knocked on my door tonight and ran to their car leaving a small vase of carnations and yellow pom poms! My 17 year old son works very hard for his money just as I do and this was absolutely ridiculous! He went to Kroger and bought a beautiful arrangement for $25 that looked so much nicer. I called this company and sent an email letting them know what a joke the flowers were. They offered me a 10% refund and I was still so furious that they offered me a 30% refund! They wanted my card number to add the 30% back to my card but I do not trust these people! It is so sad that there are people like this in the world that take advantage of innocent people! The pictures below show what I received verses what I ordered!
Worst experience ever. Was promised delivery for flowers for my wife before 1 pm. They called me at 12:30 30 min before 1 pm and said the flowers would be delivered tomorrow. Wtf? If I would of known this I would of ordered from someone else.
I should have done a better job checking this awful company. That's a scam and I will never use them again and I would warn anyone to use them. My delivery was dropped at the wrong address. When I called, I was put on hold then the phone call was dropped without explanation.
I ordered to be delivered today. When attempting the Irder Tracker-none of the numbers given to me on this order would pull up the info. After 3 hung up calls, I finally got a person. The flowers I ordered are not available and a new bouquet will deliver tomorrow? I'm so disappointed in this company. I will never order from them again.
I ordered and paid for flower delivery. They were never delivered. I called and they said the account did not clear for payment but the money was taken from my account. I paid through paypal again and still no flowers. I better get a double credit ASAP or I will be contacting the State licensing, the BBB and will be sure to blast them on Facebook and any other place I can. Sorry sorry business.
I've tried to use this company a few times and their orders are always delivered days late, even when ordered well in advance. I tried to get a refund on an order on which they had substituted what I wanted for something else, and was 3 days late, and was told I couldn't get a refund. Terrible customer service, terrible company.
Delivery late. Scared my elderly parents to death with a 11:23 PM delivery. ABSOLUTELY nothing like what I ordered. Did not abide by their own Substitution Policy. Posting to help others not fall for their tricks!
The company failed to honour a cancellation request after they could not meet the order requirements and made the delivery of flowers after that date futile. Instead, after I already saw my friend and gave her a different gift to offer my condolences, I received notification the company contacted her directly and arranged to deliver to a different address and bill me without notice to me. This breach of contract is unacceptable.
I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. They called the day before and said the flowers are going to the same address as the sender is this correct? I informed them yes it is. I guess no one has ever ordered flowers from them for their wife. I had to be out of town on business when I received a call that the delivery flowers would have to be substituted and would not arrive until the day after our anniversary. The next day was a Sunday so I was a little suspect but imagine my surprise when the next call stated the delivery day would change to Monday. It seems like they want to get your money and then under delivery. I will never use them again. Stay away
This is a scam! They promised a June 21,2023 delivery, only to let me know via email that it would be June 27,2023! They indicated in the email that it was too late to cancel. I wish I could give them 0 stars!
I placed an order on 9/14 to be delivered on the same day. The next day I received a message that the flowers weren't delivered because of a late notice from their supplier, but they would deliver that day (9/15).
I had no problem with that and thanked them for the update (maybe that was my mistake). The following message came on Monday 9/18, again apologizing: "late notice from our supplier about delayed delivery." They said that they would deliver the next day 9/19. I told them that if any way possible I would need the delivery to happen that day or 'no later' than the next day (that would be 9/20).
On 9/20 they called me with the same message. Still no delivery! We told them that this was the last chance they were given. If no delivery on 9/21, we need a full refund.
They had the gall to reply in an email that 'all changes or cancellations of the order are no longer an option.'
I can't wait to see a picture of the arrangement.
I will never do business with them again.
I asked them days in advance to send a picture of the floral arrangements before they were sent out, I had them make note of that and yet they still did not do the one thing I asked. I also asked for peonies days in advance and was told day before that they could not do that flower even though I made sure before placing the order. My order was over 100$ and was told because peonies are expensive flowers and then I had to have them substituted with something for cheaper. I will not shop with them again.
They couldn't find the delivery address on my order. When I responded to their email asking about the address, they spent a day not responding, then called and had not looked for my email response. That's two days lost. Then they said their supplier didn't have the flowers. Hold times on customer service were ridiculous. Forget them. Order locally.
Ordered flowers for my MIL for her birthday over a week in advance. They called me the DAY OF delivery saying they couldn't fulfill the order without another $28 because they didn't have enough supplies and had to have another florist complete the order. And they would now be delayed at least a day. Customer service was super unhelpful
