There is a reason this company has only a ONE STAR rating! This is what I ordered vs what I got. I've been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for customer service. I paid $125 for flowers that are half dead!
Ordered over $150 worth of flowers to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday and even paid for early delivery. Not only did they not deliver at all, when I called to follow up and ask where the delivery was and what local company was handling the delivery, I was told that it was coming from their local warehouse. I requested more details on the location of their warehouse only to be told that they can't provide that information as they don't allow walk ins. I wish I could blast this company for the criminals they are to prevent anyone else from having to go through what I am now going through to get my money back. I have to work with my bank on a fraudulent level as the company won't address the issue nor issue me a refund. They wouldn't even give me their names when I inquired.
Founds a florist called Sunny Flower Delivery online that was supposed to be in Kentucky near where I needed the flowers to be delivered. When I called the number on the website it was to Blossom Flower Delivery - they assured me they are the same company.
Ordered a nice basket of spring flowers for a birthday to be delivered nearby their supposed location.
The next morning I got a text and email saying they had problems with their flower suppliers and will need to send my order to another florist, but they want $20 more - so they will split the "cost" with me and only asked for $10 more. I fought hard to get this situation resolved, couldn't get a manager, said the flowers were already being prepared, so I ended up paying another $10, but they basically held the flowers hostage until I did. Horrible business practice. Never was able to speak to management, only these oozing sweet girls on the phone from who knows where. Pass them by!
WORST COMPANY EVER. STEER CLEAR! Ordered flowers and paid extra for delivery the following day by 1 PM. By 5:30 PM flowers still were not delivered. Called and waited on hold FOREVER. Finally was told they "could not get in touch with the delivery driver" but they would "open a ticket" and call/email me back. Tried again around 6:30 they had closed at 6 PM. Next day... still no response via call or email - I called and waited on hold for 30 + Minutes. I was told they would "try" to request a cancellation. What a waste of time and money
I went online to order an arrangement for my mother in law for the passing of her mother. I paid for expedited service for the following day. I waited for confirmation of delivery and received a text saying I need to pay another $38.00 dollar's for them to be delivered the next day. I agreed just so she would get them. I then waited for confirmation of delivery and then got a phone call from them saying it will be another day out for the delivery. I am beyond upset and disappointed. I don't even know why they kept delaying the delivery. I

I ordered flowers at 6 am today to be delivered "today". For my girlfriends and I anniversary I paid a grand total of $130 CAN
I get a email 6 hours later saying that my delivery will be scheduled for the next day
I call and ask the reason why my delivery will not be today and they tell me that the flowers I ordered the "store does not have". They waited 6 hours to tell me that. But the icing on the cake was the guy saying that he can offer a $10 credit towards my next delivery.
10/10 worst company!
I ordered an anniversary flower arrangement for my daughter in Colorado on Tuesday, November 14. The nice lady told me it would be delivered that afternoon. I was called on Thursday and told it was not delivered. The lady Then said that they could deliver it on the following Tuesday. I called on Monday morning the day before the delivery to cancel the order because my daughter would not be there for Thanksgiving and they stated that the order already had gone out on Monday. I stated I was told Tuesday and I want to cancel the order. They said they could not cancel the order. I stated I do not want the flowers to rot on the porch because my daughter will not be there. They were very quick to take my money and give me an invoice that stated that they had hand-delivered it on the day that I wanted and I did not find out till two days later. Do not order from these people!
I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Wanted them delivered to a resturant for when we arrived. They assured me this could happen. The flowers never showed up. Four days later I received a text saying that they would be delivered the following day. I cancelled my order. Waiting now to see if I will get the refund that they said was coming.

Took an order and schedule for delivery, email and said it is delay. I called and cancel the order, but it is sent anyway. Said will give $5 for credit. What is that credit do any way? Will not order any from them anymore.

I would give this business 0 stars! I ordered bouquet, balloons, candy for morning delivery as recipient not home after 1 p.m. Paid extra charge to deliver early. Called business when not delivered as promised. They offered to refund early delivery charge and said they would deliver before six. This was not satisfactory and I cancelled entire order since not as promised. Still waiting for money to be returned.
This company is a joke. I ordered flowers a week prior for next day delivery and they told me they were backed up so it would for sure be delivered 3 days later. That day came and went and they couldn't get a hold of the driver who was supposedly delivering the flowers. So as of now we are out $300 and still no flowers delivered. I will never use this company and I encourage everyone to order flowers elsewhere
I would not recommend this florist. After they missed the delivery date, they texted me and asked me for more money so they could have someone else deliver the flowers because they did not have the proper flowers. When i returned the call the wanted to give me 5.00 off my next delivery! I said no and said that my friend now thinks I missed her bday and they should be refunding me more than 5.00. They also got my name wrong in the text! It is 7:15 pm and I have NO IDEA if my friend received her flowers. I will never order from this florist again and after reading their reviews many others do not. I wished I had read them before i ordered! I tried to include pics of the text and the receipt which got coded as groceries, but the program wont accept them. UGH! SOO DISAPPOINTED.
We seen this website on google and opted to buy an arrangement. We received the flowers yesterday and can I say Unsatisfied. Horrible and the writing

Blossom flowers guaranteed that they would deliver the flowers on the day of a funeral. They sent me an email saying that they were delivered. Then 2 days later they called me to say that they were NOT delivered because they could not reach the person by phone, so they never delivered the flowers. The flowers never reached the recipient on the day of the funeral. I would never use them again. They are not reliable and they are very expensive. If there was an option for no stars, that's what I would have given them.
I ordered a $109.00 deluxe arrangement to be sent the next day and paid an extra $18 to have it expedited the next morning. 2 days later and still not delivered. I have called 4x and am transferred to a different agent in China every time and they will not allow me to speak with a manager nor reimburse any portion that was paid. Do NOT waste your time with this company. This is a scam!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. A scam.the flowers I ordered were delivered one week after paid for delivery and that's only AFTER I reached out two times. Would not cancel or refund my $70 after flowers were not delivered on 7/10 as ordered OR 7/14 as promised. Delivered a pathetic bunch of flowers on 7/17.
My mother in law ordered flowers here for a birthday present. Never delivered flowers and when I called on her behalf I was told they would look into it. 7 days later no returned call. When I called again was told they are still looking into it. Called my mother in law's credit card company and told them and they were not going to pay. Do not use this company it's a rip off
I ordered a deluxe bouquet for my ill sister and I paid extra to make sure she got a full bouquet. I also paid extra for them to arrive in the morning. Not only did she get a small, basic bouquet that looked nothing like I ordered, but they were delivered in the afternoon. I will never use them again! Scam! Worst flower delivery service I've ever used, my mistake for not looking at reviews. My client never received their order on the date they were supposed to, so I reached out to their customer service to cancel and ended up going with another flower company, who actually delivered the flowers on time. So I thought my order was canceled and refunded, nope they delivered the flowers still just two weeks late, never refunded me or replied to my emails. Don't waste your time and please don't be like me and skip over reviews
Ordered flowers off their website. Delivery was suppose to be within 1 day. Got a message and The excuse they gave me as to why my daughter was not getting them was that the supplier was short on supplies. Then they said they couldn't find her house. What no GPS! Then they said the delivery would be the next day. (The day after her birthday). I expressed how unsatisfied I was. The flowers were suppose to come with a birthday mylar balloon and didn't. They had a tiny teddy bear instead. She's 45 years old. I will find someplace else to go to for my next flower delivery. One more thing, even tho the flowers were late, the arrangement was pretty. Doesn't make up tho for the fact that she didn't get them on her birthday as promised.
