First picture is of the regular arrangement on the website. I ordered the Premium. Second picture is what they delivered. Broken stems, hardly any flowers, not a single rose or lily that the original picture showed. The stems of the crappy flowers they put in instead of the ones shown on the site have broken stems and the flowers are few and far between. They put less flowers in what they delivered than even the regular arrangement on the website showed. I actually would have rather not had any flowers delivered than have this embarrassing clearance bin looking half-dead one sent.
I have attached the chat conversation, I had with you being told that my order refund was initiated and that I a representative from the billing department will assist you with the refund process. Now you are charging me for this. That is my complaint. How is this my fault when one you told me in the email you did not have the supplies to fill the order and then after I initiate the cancellation you still fill the order, that is not my fault nor should I have to pay.
Ordered a floral arrangement ($193)for my great uncle funeral in another state.
I get a text the morning of the funeral saying they needed an address to deliver to, which they were already given. The flowers were too be delivered the day BEFORE the funeral. Now they won't be delivered at all. They offered me $10 off my order to deliver them AFTER the funeral. I won't say here what I told them. What a disappointment! Do yourself a favor and order flowers elsewhere.
I was fraudulently mislead on my $111.00 order, it was to be delivered the same day and it was not. I called the flower shop the next day to see where my order was and they told me that the flower arrangement I ordered was out of stock, why did they not tell me that at the time of order, they had no issue taking my money immediately for it. They did not care and just ignored my concerns when I called. This is for a death in the family and the added stress does not help, they were aware of this as well. Service is a zero as well as their phone etiquette, I will never order from there again.(receipt is in U.S. $)

They called me at 2:00 in the afternoon the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered. I ordered these flowers 1 week in advance for my sister-in-law's 70th Birthday.
I reported this site to the FTC. Took my money and didn't deliver. Asked for my money back and they kept on hanging up on me, and now that I'm reading the reviews, this seems to be the way they probably handle things on the norm. Only got an answer from them when I chose the option to place a new order (who'd of thought that). They finally, after multiple demands gave me an address of a local flower shop that they sent the order out to for delivery and when I called them they said not only had they not received the order, they also had never heard of the website. That's coming from a flower shop! They are hopefully shut down soon. Total SCAM!
This was the worst experience for delivery of flowers. I paid for guaranteed delivery. Didn't happen! The company tried to claim I didn't pay them. They told me my flowers were out for delivery and the family I was sending them to never received them. I get a text message telling me they will attempt delivery on the next available delivery date. When is that?! No additional information. Do not use this company! In my book they are LIARS!
I placed an order on-line on 7/13 for flowers to be delivered on 7/17. Flowers still not delivered on 7/20. I asked for a refund or partial refund for the flowers and the company was only willing to credit me $5 and a $5 coupon for future orders. There is no way in hell I'll ever order from this company. Based on comments I've now read, this organization should be shut down. They don't even deserve a rating of 1.
I ordered a couple items and paid for expedited shipping. They only delivered 1 item. When I called to resolve the issue customer service refused to refund me for the expedited shipping even though they never delivered 1 of the items.
Do not use Blossoms Flower Delivery or you will be left embarrassed when your items aren't delivered for that special occasion.
SCAM! They took my money on 5/11 for a Mother's Day Delivery on 5/12. Nothing was delivered so I called on 5/13. They couldn't provide any updates from their local partner. They said it would be delivered by EOD on 5/13 and that I would receive an email to notify me of the delivery. I called back later on 5/13 but after waiting on hold they hung up on me. The call center is outsourced internationally and they had no clue what was going on. Mother's Day was 5/14 and they still never arrived. It is now 5/15 and my mom never received her flowers. I've spent countless hours on hold and via email trying to get this resolved. Hopefully, my bank will refund my $90 they scammed me out of. Do not use this website!
I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife birthday 2 days ago. I paid the the prime delivery fee to get the flowers by 1:00 pm. It is 4:11 pm and so far the flowers have not arrived. I have been calling since 10:00 am to get the status of the order and the only thing that the customer service rep says is that it is our for delivery. I even asked for a refund to please cancel the order and they denied it because it is already out for delivery. So far, no flowers yet. Horrible service. It was a birthday surprise and now I guess I will be surprised if the flowers even arrive. If you want to avoid headaches just avoid ordering from here. Hopefully they don't steal my money. I wish I could add photos of the arrangement but i can't yet cause the flowers HAVE NOT ARRIVED YET.
I ordered flowers for my moms birthday. What I saw and ordered online looked nothing like what was delivered. They told me there was a flower shortage and offered 10% back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Buyer beware! Blossom Delivery was quick to take my money, but never delivered my flowers after multiple requests. It's a scam company! After 6 calls and 5 written requests for a refund, they have still not refunded my money.
I was fooled into using them because of a sponsored ad, and I immediately regretted it. First of all, I could not reach anyone when I needed to discuss an order. Second, I paid for expedited delivery, and if that was attempted, I don't know - the flowers weren't delivered until the next day. Third, I reached out by phone and was promised a call back after "6 minutes" which ended up being 2+ hours, and as soon as they called and I answered, the line was disconnected. Fourth, I reached out with the virtual chat person, and the responses - which were largely unhelpful - took FOREVER. The only good thing I have to say is that the flowers were ultimately delivered, and I honestly didn't think that would happen after all of this.
I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my mom and not only were they never delivered, but their site says it was and after waiting over an hour to speak to a customer service rep, I got dumped into a voicemail box and have absolutely no idea if an actual human will listen to my message and respond. I feel like this site is not legit and I got scammed out of $148. Please… don't trust this site! Save yourself the headache of having to file a fraud claim with your bank after being scammed by this site! The site I ordered from was called "Sunny Flower Delivery" but the customer service number was for "Blossom Flower Delivery".
Don't order from them! Flowers were brown, no water, they charge you a delivery fee and ask for tip for driver but are delivered by Fed Ex. Very embarrassing to send to friend and sends you a picture and they look terrible.
Absolute $#*!ing scam. They dont even deliver flowers. I paid $200 for birthday / new baby flowers, they were so quick to take my $ - the flowers never got delivered and when I called for a refund they kept hanging up on me. FML. Livid.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to a church before the memorial service. The "designer" upsold me all sorts of things and it was hard t keep up (and she had a very heavy accent). I ended up paying for things that I didn't realize she had added to my order. I did pay for expedited delivery because I was worried the flowers might not get to the church on time. Imagine my horror when both the church and the bereaved confirmed with me a couple of days later that there had been no flower delivery at all. Customer service promised to follow up and call me but I never received a single call. After sending multiple emails, I finally (after a full week) got a refund. The money was not the point - these were flowers for a funeral and the lack of commitment, care, and customer service by this business is appalling. Do NOT use this business if you care about flowers actually getting delivered.

First of all, the order was 3 days late. Second, it was nothing like the photo. They switched Lillies for carnations and still charged me for Lillies. I have been on the phone with them and on hold with them multiple times over the last week and a half. They have offered me 10% off. When I told them that was unacceptable they said the best they could do was 20% off - which was only $10. ($50 arrangement). They wouldn't give me a refund on the delivery (also $10) or any of the other fees that added up to a $91 total. RIDICULOUS! I am more upset after speaking to their "customer care" team than I was before I called. I will never EVER send flowers from them again.
I paid extra to have a plant delivered before 1 pm. I've had nothing but trouble with these people on my simple order. A plant that only requires a bow... funeral started@ 2pm and plant still isn't there. Don't waste your time or money with these people
