I have attached the chat conversation, I had with you being told that my order refund was initiated and that I a representative from the billing department will assist you with the refund process. Now you are charging me for this. That is my complaint. How is this my fault when one you told me in the email you did not have the supplies to fill the order and then after I initiate the cancellation you still fill the order, that is not my fault nor should I have to pay.

Tip for consumers:
There is clearly a problem with your system and how you track cancellations. I show cancelling my order in plenty of time then 3 days later you fill the order and charge me.
