I searched Calgary, Alberta same day flower delivery - Blossom cane up and I mistrusted where this company is based. I feel gouged for how much it cost when I thought I was paying in Canadian Dollars.
The delivery was prompt. Quality was satisfactory. I will not be using this service again.
I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day, was charged $90, then after my payment went through I got an email a few minutes later saying the order was cancelled and that my refund would come in 6 business days. The email was unapologetic and even written kind of rudely, with no explanation as to why my order was cancelled. I called the help line twice, and after waiting on hold I was told by the recording that my call was next in line, then both times I was immediately disconnected. It may not be a literal scam, it may just be incompetence, but this is an absolutely horrible company. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
I received flowers from my mother in law for having surgery from this company and what a disappointment. The flowers were pathetic and seen better days for sure. They used already dying flowers, the roses they took off a bunch of petals to make them look "new" again. Some flowers were broken off the stem when I got them, some flowers 3 of them had mold on them. She complained and sent these pics to them and out of the $70 she spent they only refunded her $7! Other businesses were nice and had the decency to tell her they were short on flowers and could not complete the order where as this company threw together crap and sent it. Don't use this company!
Placed order for same day (Nov 15) delivery (but did not pay extra for guaranteed delivery). Flowers were not delivered. Links in email to check order status were non functional. Next day (Nov 16) called customer service and automated system said flowers were delivered. Spoke with customer service representative and they admitted flowers were not yet delivered but that they would deliver the flowers the next day (Nov 17, two days late). I agreed to this scenario. On new promised delivery date (Nov 17) received a text and phone message informing me that the flowers could be delivered but an additional $10.00 would be required. I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund, which they agreed to do.
I ordered flowers for my grieving sister to be delivered same day. I received an email from them 2 hrs later that said they would be delivered the next day, which I was not happy about. No response from the company when I complained. The next day I received an email and phone call that they wanted MORE MONEY! And they would not be delivered until the following day…so 2 days after I ordered them (which probably wouldn't happen either). This is a complete scam artist company. Do not order from them! I plan to issue a complaint with the better business bureau.
Upon reviewing the website, I ordered an $85 arrangement with delivery set for same day for $103 total.The arrangement was delayed to the next business day after the website stated clearly that it would be delivered same day. When it was delivered 2 days later, the arrangement that was delivered was nothing like on their website. As a former Florist, myself, i would have been ashamed of this arrangement. It looked like a beginner or child created it. Definitely not $85 worth.
My order which I paid extra to be delivered by 1pm was never delivered to my brother in the hospital at all. I think this place is a scam. On the website when you click on a way to receive help, it takes you to a page where you click on an image to get help- I clicked on GET SUPPORT it took me to a form to fill out which led to nowhere- I checked the other boxes and none of them lead anywhere. Try in the morning to find out about this place. Just think, I gave my credit card info, my phone number and address to this place. I won't be sleeping tonight. I only pressed 1 star because there was no 0. The phone support was bad too- I should have hung up and tried another florist.
Would give 0 or negative stars if I could! Ordered same-day-delivery flower arrangement for mom's 88th birthday. They were not delivered until 4 days later and were dead. Shown on website arranged in a vase with water, but arrived in a cardboard box in 109 degree weather. Not "arranged". Some were wilted, others had rotted and were covered in slime. Website said they'd come from local florist, but had been to 3 places in CA before arriving in AZ. Will only refund 15% although we got 0 flowers. Mom embarrassed to complain. Couldn't send pics because she doesn't have a smart phone. I'm embarrassed of the "gift" and out $75. May be her last birthday! Company gave no apology but admitted this is not what I ordered and should have been fresh, professionally arranged flowers in water.
The website is easy to use and the pictures of flowers are great but they do not deliver and certainly are not worried about morning delivery even if you pay the exepedited fee. I spent one hour on hold while the CSR called the recipient to verify the flowers were not received (added embarassment). This company supposedly contracts with local florists. Their go to excuse is that they have an extremely high customer volume and can't keep up. I hope my phone call was recorded because every employee there needs to listen to it. Worst florist experience EVER.
I ordered flowers for a funeral of a relative in PA since I could not travel to the funeral. I paid for expedited delivery so the flowers would arrive for the family viewing, the order was accepted. They were delivered a day late. Customer service was terrible they kept saying their on line tracking was not working and couldn't tell me if they were delivered or not when I called and chatted and emailed. Calling took 30 minutes and system kept saying it was a 15 second wait in line of 26 persons. They agreed to refund my expedited delivery and now I have been charged by my bank twice and have to wait 5 business days to get the funds back. I do note the flowers were beautiful. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company.
Claimed recipient requested delivery next day, but I spoke to friend/recipient who said she did not, so lie #1. A day after that, someone called to squeeze an additional $12 from me, citing "different supplier," which they didn't tell me sooner and which I now suspect was lie #2. Because recipient knew flowers were coming, I stupidly paid the extra charge, after which I learned the flowers weren't going to be delivered that day either--it was only 2:00 p.m. As of noon today, no flowers have been delivered. I will be requesting a refund but doubt I'll get it. Avoid at all costs.
This company is an on line 3rd party holding company and sub contracts local florists for service. They failed to deliver an expensive arrangement to a very close family member's funeral and never bothered to contact us. Instead we spoke to someone in the south East Asia who refused to give any info or provide reimbursement! This company is a fraud and you should STAY AWAY! They got 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars…
This company should be shut down. It is fraudulent. Ordered a bouquet 3/10/23. Received confirmation it would be delivered the next day before 6 p.m. It wasn't delivered until 3/13. On 3/13 I received an e-mail that they had to substitute a flower for a flower due to unavailability. The picture of the bouquet on line was not delivered. See attached photo's. Also I ordered a Teddy Bear and that was not delivered. Then I get the BS run-around when calling and finally demand a refund. The rep tells me 15% plus cost of bear. So my $100 order that was totally messed up - they want to refund me $24.98 which I still have not received. The WORST!
I ordered a pricey bouquet for friends who live out of town. They had two immediate family members die within 5 days of each other and we wanted to show them our support and love. The flowers just never got delivered. It is so embarrassing to have to call and ask if they had received them. The company gave some vague and untrue explanation that they had difficulty delivering when I know someone was home at all times. I wouldn't have known and been charged if I hadn't followed up so BEWARE!
My order was never delivered. I tried calling them multiple times and never got through. I reported that delivery never came through their website and got a response back that they are 'contacting our delivery team about what happened with your order'. Then, I was basically ghosted. I requested a refund and have not gotten one yet - starting to think I never will. At this point, I am starting to wonder if this company is a scam.
I can't believe this place is still in business! They lied about being more local. Flowers were scimpy and shriveled up. Did not look a bit close to what I ordered. I demanded my money back After a very long time on the phone it came to 30%. It's a racket! The responses from these people are rehearsed! Like a robot. Overpriced and very very very poor customer service. They SUCK! I wish they could be put out of business! I even gave them a $7 tip This is what I got for almost $100.
This company is a complete scam operation. A dozen red roses ordered on Nov. 1, finally delivered on the 7th, and this after 4 or 5 calls to a line that appears to have been a call center in India. (Two of the women we spoke to pronounced the state of Oregon, where they claimed to be living, as in the spice "oregano.") They lied at least 3 times to say the flowers were out for delivery. When the roses finally arrived, they were wilted and some had the stems broken. My guess is they buy them at a grocery story right before they get thrown out, and send some poor schmuck to deliver them. Avoid these crooks at all costs.
Ordered flowers for expedited service to be delivered by 1pm (Nearly $25 delivery/handle/service charge on a $68 arrangement. Arrangement arrived after 5:30pm. The picture will tell the rest of the story as what was advertised and what was received are two completely different arrangements. Very disappointing.
Don't use them. No flowers will ever be delivered. Ordered funeral flowers for a friend. Numerous apologies and excuses. No flowers. They lie about having physical florists in certain areas. Their florists don't exist. I hope they can be prosecuted for being scammers.
I ordered flowers 4 days in advance. When I went to check on the order they said they would be delivered late. I wanted to cancel my order #******* and they would not help me. They just kept saying sorry which does nobody any good. I will never order from this company again!
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
