I ordered the Premium Bouquet for delivery with balloons. A very small bouquet was delivered with one balloon only. I paid $140 for a low quality arrangement. Their customer service would not refund my money or deliver another bouquet. Awful Service! NEVER order from this company!
Blossom Flower Delivery or Sunny Flowers
I ordered a dozen roses for my wife to be delivered to our home. The first text message from Blossom was saying they could not deliver the roses without her telephone number. Okay. On the day of delivery, after the roses should have already been delivered, they called to verify my address. And then Blossom informed me that they had a supply chain issue and needed another $15 to deliver the roses. So apparently $15 can solve a supply chain issue. Sure it can! I canceled the order. Blossom Flower Delivery is a deceitful clown show. They are beyond pitiful. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
They will change the delivery date more than once in want even notify you that it has been changed. You have to call them wait 10-20mins just to be told that your order was pushed back another day. So unprofessional in not worth your time or money!
I will NEVER use blossom flowers ever again. And I will also let everyone I know what a terrible and unprofessional company this is. I needed to send a plant to a very good friend. After placing and PAYING my order they emailed me saying that they needed 22 more dollars because of lack of supplies. It's really 44 dollars but they will pay 22.00 of the needed money. I told them to cancel my order. Refund my money. This place is so unprofessional they need to close down. Customer service? Was awful when asking why I haven't received my refund back. Oh can take 5 to 6 more business days. It took them a matter of 30 seconds to take my money and my order and ASK FOR MORE! DOnt waste your time on this place! Honestly they don't deserve one star
Do not order from here. I ordered a funeral spray and paid extra for premium flowers and expedited delivery. The flowers never arrived, even though the status tracking online said it would be delivered by end of day. The next day they still did not arrive and now the status had said there was a delay due to Covid. The customer service sucked. The phone number with the automated info was useless, and the online support chat, the buttons didn't even worked, though I tried on different browsers. Even with the promised refund, the experience of not having the flowers for the funeral service SUCKS. Can you imagine having a funeral with no flowers. They didn't even have the courtesy to let me know there was a delay so I could order from someone else.
I ordered an Anniversary arrangement, the day of delivery I received an email & text saying they would need $20 additional to use their "partner florist". (attached with proof of purchase)
When I refused & asked for a credit, they did cancel & promised a credit.
I saved my energies for my Better Business Bureau complaint, but feel the need to share my warning every place that I can. Do not trust this company with any floral orders of importance. After 10 days of dealing with this company for a very simple floral order for a funeral--the family of the deceased has no flowers, I am out $100, and I am completely exhausted by the run around I have been given. PLEASE don't risk it!
Order flowers on Tues to be delivered on Thurs. Called at 3:28 no flowers. Told they would be delivered by 7:00 pm. No flowers. Called Friday and told will be delivered between 10 and 11:30. Told delivery man had too many to deliver. They came by FedEx. Arrived at 12:15. Some were smashed. Thought I was dealing with a local co. Not from Bogata; Columbia. Would be out of luck if for a wedding or funeral. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
This business is a scam! They deliver substandard flowers, arrangements that you don't ask for, and refuse to answer their phone for weeks. When you finally get them on the phone, they refuse to refund your money, except for a few dollars. I can't tell you how angry I am at spending $100.00 for a sick friend, and being ripped off!
Ordered assorted daisies online. Flowers arrived without the balloon I paid an extra $6 USD for. Flowers were the wrong colour and there were about half the flowers from the picture online. I complained and they offered a 10% refund, which only covers the missing balloon. Over $100 for flowers I could have gotten at the grocery for $25. Very little value for the money.
This company is a joke. Did not deliver the plant to the funeral home as promised and when I called they said it had been delivered. On further investigation they said it had not been sent and was just now being processed 2 days later. Finally got the plant to my friend but took their time and pretty sure I was speaking to someone in India.
They didn't even try to deliver in person or call the number given to them. They just shoved them in the mailbox and the lid was shut on the flowers Cushing them. The roses were half dead. When I emailed them, they did not mention anything about delivering them to the mailbox and only gave a 10% off. What poor customer service!
I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter in law for mothers day, Mothers day arrives, no flowers! I paid for express delivery and the arrangement cost was $109.00 On the 16th the flowers were delivered and this is what she received. See photo attached. The second order for my other daughter in law has not arrived yet 8 days after I placed the order $114.00. This flower company is a scam! Don't buy flowers from them if you want them to arrive on time or you want your moneys worth period!
Do Not Order from Blossom Flower Delivery. Ordered Roses and they were delivered and left on the porch of the recipient. Received and email documenting they would not deliver the roses until the next day. The roses were delivered late in evening. The Roses were wilted and had cracked heads due to being left in the extreme temperature. What florist leaves roses on the porch in 34 degree temperatures? One that does not give a damned. I contacted them no offer to replace the bouquet or refund money. I just threw $100.00 away. Extremely poor customer service.

The weather was bad but that should not account for a 5 day delay?
I was not contacted by Blossoms until after I inquired about the delivery.
Once I threatened to cancel and requested a refund, the flowers delivered!
When I called the the florist the day before I wanted an arrangement delivered to a friend who just got home from the hospital, I paid extra to have next day delivery. They said they could not contact the delivery guy and said he was not able to be reached...Not only were they NOT delivered (until 2 days later), but delivery guy posted that they were dropped off. The arrangement that was delivered was NOT what I ordered...no one called me from the florist, I had to find out all of this on my own.I will NEVER use this florist again. They even misspelled her last name! After the flower charge, the delivery charge, the early delivery charge and the tip, it cost me over $35 extra. Total rip off florist! Oh, they did say they would refund my next day delivery charge...we will see.
My husband ordered a flower bouquet for my birthday paid extra for same day delivery. (We were in 2 different states at the time) After waiting all day and telling him they were out for delivery finally at approximately 6pm he received notification that the store did not have the flowers in stock and the "bouquet" would arrive 2 days later. They finally arrived not the "bouquet" he ordered but a sad heap of half dead roses, no water, vase not even big enough to hold the roses without almost falling over (paint can holding them up in picture) He ordered from them based on the picture that was shown, not the heap of crap that was sent. The pink and red bouquet was what was ordered the thorny limp roses was what was sent.
Requested floral delivery to a very sick friend coming out of the hospital. Since placing the order, I have received 3 updates from Blossom Flower Delivery that they apparently have been shorted by their supplier (a Floral company with no flowers?), and although they advertise "next day delivery," best estimate now will be 11 days later for estimated delivery. It should be noted that the delay is even with my approval to substitute whatever flowers they deem appropriate or available as opposed to the arrangement I originally selected. This is a terrible service with a customer service team who seems to care very little about the timeliness & quality of their service beyond canned email responses apologizing for their general lack of ability to provide what they advertise.
I ordered these flowers 2 days before the funeral and paid extra for the expedited delivery as I wanted to be sure that they arrived the morning of the funeral. There tracking site online was useless, so I called customer service twice, and I could not get an answer if they would be delivered on time. I also called 1 hour before the service to find out the status, and waited on hold for 20 minutes. When I did speak to someone they tried calling the deliverer, but he would not answer. They assured me that they would contact me as soon as they knew, and I never did hear back from them.
The flowers were delivered and they were nothing at all like the description that I had ordered….no lilies, or many of the other flowers that should have been included. I was also assured that it would be a blue vase. I had requested the largest bouquet, and it was the smallest bouquet at the funeral. I have included photos. I will never use Blossom again!
Purchased a sympathy bouquet for a dear friend. The bouquet took 5 days to be delivered and 2 day delivery was purchased. The bouquet was changed "due to inventory" however I was never consulted on the new arrangement. The original bouquet had roses and Lillie's. This was replaced with carnations. No discount was given. When customer service was contacted they repeatedly asked me to send a picture of the received bouquet. This was a sympathy bouquet and I had to ask the recipient to send a photo of the flowers that were delivered. I have contacted my credit card company to investigate this as fraud.
The card was also filled out incorrectly listing only my name and not the name of the group who purchased the flowers (I compared the order form to assure it was not an error on my part). This has been the worst experience with a flower delivery service I have ever had from the delay, to the lack of communication to the incorrect bouquet and card.
