I just ordered flowers for Mother's Day delivery, May 14. This was verified and accepted by the company. Once they took my money, they stated delivery date was flexible (May 13 to 15). That's not what I ordered and agreed to! They changed the terms on my only after they took my money. Now I tried cancelling but I don't think they cancelled. So now after almost an hour on the phone, I am not even sure what is going on only that I've paid over $100 and I have no idea when my mom will get her flowers. Unacceptable!
ZERO stars. This place is a scam. Ordered flowers 5/8 for 5/9 delivery. It's 5/11- NO FLOWERS. Eric is a joke. No such person. Why hasn't this scam been shut down? I need to fight with AMEX now to get this off my card.
This company is a total scam. Ordered my flowers 48 hours in advanced, paid my rate and expected them to be delivered.On the day of the delivery they called me and said they had an issue with their flowers and that they would cost $12 more because they had to go to a different florist. Wouldn't deliver my flowers unless I paid additional. Biggest scam out there- DO NOT USE
I paid $90 for a bouquet that was never delivered. After being on hold for 30 minutes I was able to get though to a customer service rep that assured me my order would be delivered. They never were. I will be reporting this company to the FTC as they are appearing like a scam website.
Do not use this company. I only entered one star on this review because I was forced to enter something. But given my experience, they do not deserve even that! I paid for expedited delivery, which never happened. After several phone calls, I was assured the flowers would be delivered by end of day. The flowers were never delivered and when I called again, I was told the driver went home and they would need to get back to me. They never contacted me back. I called again for a refund, which I am still waiting for. I never received an explanation of why the flowers were not delivered. In fact, during all of my conversations, not once was I offered an apology, or any kind of customer service. Instead, the customer service reps talked over me and rushed me off the phone. Do not use this company!
They promised ontime delivery and then asked for more money and then pushed it out and out. Complete waste of money and time. And then the stupid AI had no idea how to respond to my messages.
I have no idea if it was delivered. Even today. And no refunds.
I made a purchase from this company and did not do my homework. I placed the order, the flowers arrived and were absolutely beautiful! They even called the recipient several times to coordinate the delivery!
I spent almost $300 on an arrangement that was amazing on their site. There was 3 dozen roses of various colors lots of leafage that gave it an overall beautiful look. When the flowers arrived they were dropped off by Safeway. Yes the grocery store delivered them. What was delivered ended up being Safeways $45 dollar vase of roses with 2 additional dozen added which were like $15 each.
I spoke to Pablo about this and sent them pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered. They offered me 10% off and I asked for them to deliver what I ordered since that's what I paid for. They then offered me a 20% credit and I again asked for them to just deliver what I ordered. There response was you ordered 3 dozen and we delivered 3 dozen all the extra leafage was just extra and did not effect the actual 3 dozen roses delivered.
I guess you live and you learn. I will be disputing this with my Credit Card company at this point.
The fact that a recipient I was trying to thank and do not know very well received this from me embarassed and mortified me! I can't even believe this shop would think these were acceptable. They could not refund me on the spot or make it right that day and send another arrangement. They said it was "under investigation". I am so disappointed and angry.
This company is such a pain to deal with. They don't have the flowers I ordered so they are substituting them and won't provide an image of what the new ones will look like. It is also a week past the delivery date and the flowers still haven't been delivered. Their customer service won't allow me to cancel the order. Don't do business with them.
My boyfriend ordered these flowers to be delivered two days later. It is now 3 days no flowers. They have one excuse after another as to why they haven't been delivered. Management is not good and cannot solve problems. I would suggest another flower delivery company.
The flowers I ordered were the next level up from the ones shown on website (second picture). I was told there would be even more flowers if I ordered the deluxe arrangement. The flowers delivered (first picture) were not as described. The few roses looked like they had seen better days and were on their last legs. The vase was different. Stay away from Blossom Flower Delivery.
I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my aunt, and two days after Mother's Day, they still haven't arrived. I've been trying to call customer service for two days, and each time I call, the line hangs up before you ever speak to a service. I also submitted the issue through their website, and nothing. I finally disputed the charge through my credit card, and when Capital One called the number they have on file for the vendor, the recorded voice didn't say the business name and hung up on them too. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company.
I ordered a premium flower arrangement with chocolate. What the person received below as less them u get in a 15 dollar bouquet at Winn Dixie and. Zero chocolates. I tried to call long hold with no answer. I then sent an email with pictures of what I ordered and picture of what was received with receipt showing I had ordered chocolate that was not received. Zero response still today...horrible experience- horrible customer service- I spent 150

The flowers were nothing like what I ordered. I was so embarrassed by the flowers that were delivered for my wife's birthday. I ordered a dozen red roses and paid extra for delivery before 11 am. Two the of the flowers were red roses. The rest were pathetic wilted red and other flowers of different colors. The flower were not delivered until 6 pm. They offered credit for a future purchase. That will go to waste. I'll never let Blossom Flower Delivery embarrass me again.
Ordered a bouquet for a colleague and had it delivered to work. The initial delivery date was pushed back because they didn't have the bouquet I wanted so I was understanding and ordered a different one for a later date. It never arrived. When I contacted customer service they said it had, and take it up with the delivery company. They were in no way helpful. They didn't offer any solutions. The delivery company needed an initial confirmation number which I didn't have so I was out $80. Would not recommend.

Third time they rescheduled, it was for a week later.
So 3 weeks to send flowers?
I cancelled the order.
It took them 6 days to issue the refund which was less than I paid because of exchange rate.
NEVER use them, lesson learnt.
NEVER in my life I'll buy flowers in this place. They delivered it one day late because of staff shortage, or they said that. They ask me $15.00 more to deliver the flowers the next day and when they did it, they delivered an arrangement that looks totally different from the one I chose and pay, it looks cheaper because it has other flowers and less amount of them. I'm furious, I feel like betrayed.
I ordered the Premium Bouquet for delivery with balloons. A very small bouquet was delivered with one balloon only. I paid $140 for a low quality arrangement. Their customer service would not refund my money or deliver another bouquet. Awful Service! NEVER order from this company!
Blossom Flower Delivery or Sunny Flowers
I ordered a dozen roses for my wife to be delivered to our home. The first text message from Blossom was saying they could not deliver the roses without her telephone number. Okay. On the day of delivery, after the roses should have already been delivered, they called to verify my address. And then Blossom informed me that they had a supply chain issue and needed another $15 to deliver the roses. So apparently $15 can solve a supply chain issue. Sure it can! I canceled the order. Blossom Flower Delivery is a deceitful clown show. They are beyond pitiful. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
