I left a bad review a couple of weeks ago because it really was a very frustrating experience with flowers never being delivered. I would not use this company because they are definitely just a call center. However, I did want to say that they did process my full refund. I was very surprised and grateful and just wanted to put that out there to be fair
DO NOT use this company. I do not believe they are a real florist. My order was not delivered when it was supposed to be. I called/email and got the run around from multiple people who sounded like they were from another country. They state that they are a local florist. I strongly suggest if anyone has had a bad experience with them to report them to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Internal Crime Complaint. If you look at their reviews on Facebook you will see how many people have been taken advantage of by this company. Their positive reviews are most likely fake. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation and do not us them.
I choose this florist because I needed flowers delivered to a hospital the same day. They were supposed to deliver by 6:30pm and did not. To make matters worse I received an email from them asking me for another $15 saying they had to get the flowers from another florist because they didn't get their deliveries that day. If this place isn't a scam they are doing a great job of impersonating one.
I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day and it was marked as delivered. I walk outside the house and there's nothing there. It tried to contact support for 2 weeks and nothing.
I finally mentioned that I was going to dispute my credit card charge and they refunded my purchase on week 3. This is also the second time they didn't deliver my flowers. The one time they did, they were half dead.
Ordered flowers for delivery on 6/15 for my Mother's 70th birthday and they failed to deliver. Called customer service and they were no help and could not provide a status of any kind. The customer service representative sounded like he was on his personal cell phone outside and I could hear a rooster crowing in the background. Not the type of service expected and regretting I did not order from a trustworthy company.
Ordered flowers for a birthday and the pic was stunning online! So excited for my friend to send me the picture when it arrived and so disappointed! The flowers were half open, sparse and thrown together. Do not order from them-I am still waiting for my refund 1 week later. I am not sure I will even get a refund but if I do not-I am contacting the better business bureau.
I ordered my arrangement days in advance. Paid extra for early delivery. I was told my flowers would have to be substituted with a different arrangement. Hours later I was told the flowers were never delivered. All of this through email. I tried to call and email back but customer support is open Monday-Friday only. This company is a scam. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my best friend in the hospital on Oct 8. I was charged on my credit card, but the flowers were never delivered. My friend spent an hour calling all over the hospital to see if they were delivered to the wrong place. No trace. I called the customer service number - get a bot who tells me that they were delivered! Total rip off. But the worst is that they prevented me from showing up in an important way for my friend in need. AVOID.
Called day before ordering to confirm they could deliver my order the next day for my daughters Birthday and was told yes. Tracking stated delivery would be by days end. Called at 5 pm and was told they would be delivered by 9 pm. Did not arrive. Called in the morning and was told that they didn't have the supply's so they just cancelled my order. Ridiculous
I do not live in Jenison, so I relied on the website claim that they are the #1 Florist in Jenison. They advertised same day delivery so I ordered a nice bouquet and filled out the order form and paid by credit card. They posted an order tracker. I received an e-mail from them hours later (at 5:45 pm) saying they had very limited supplies and they would "attempt" to deliver in two days with the value of my chosen arrangement…whatever that means. I'm guessing they didn't contact me until 5:45 so that I couldn't make other arrangements.
Horrible company with horrible employees. Called me on my wife's birthday at the time they were supposed to have delivered the flowers to tell me that they would not be delivering the flowers and offered no solution or alternative.
Ordered flowers Wednesday morning July 5th with next day commitment. After placing order told it wouldn't be delivered until Friday. It is now Friday evening and no flowers. Where are the State Attorney Generals? Awful.
Blossom flower delivery is a scam! DO NOT USE! Only once did I fall for it. Ordered flowers on a Saturday for a funeral service at 2pm on Sunday. 1:55 pm on Sunday I called to confirm delivery because the online tracking did not show delivery. The person on the call stated "sorry" our delivery person called in sick today! So no delivery. They never called me to try and make a plan "B" happen. Ok - but they started an immediately cancellation process, stating the cancellation would hit the credit card in 2-6 business days. You guessed it - never happened. So I called again and they just said I would need to check with my "bank" to find out what happened to the cancellation...which never happened. So now I have a dispute opened up with Citi Bank on the card charge. What an ordeal! Never again! Had to click 1 star but this review is a big fat "0".
What a horrible experience finding out 5 minutes before the funeral visitation starts that my flowers will not be delivered - and that is ONLY because I went on line to see that their order update showed my flowers were in transit (yes 5 minutes before the service started) and I had the smarts to call them directly to find out what was going on. Then they say the arranger called in sick that day so SORRY! When did you know your arranger was sick? Surely enough time to call me and give me time to try a plan B.
I asked them to deliver the following day and they said it would be delayed a day because of supplies. Why are you accepting orders if you don't have the supplies. I was fine with a day late arrival because it was not a funeral, but the day they said they'd deliver didn't haven either. We are now on Sunday and there is not delivery on Sundays. They tell me it will be delivered today Monday. We shall see, but I will never order from this company again, ever! Now let's see if they deliver what I ordered or if they are going to skimp on it because I made them give me $5 refund rather than a $5 coupon for future orders that I'm never going to make.

I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery and 2 1/2 hours later was asked to pay an additional 50% because of supply issues. It seems this is their way of making more money. With the time lapsed it was almost impossible to find a service to deliver the same day. It is my first and last time using them.
I ordered flowers Monday morning-I payed extra to have same day delivery as they were going to my aunt in hospice and I wanted them there ASAP! Well today is Thursday and they are just now out for delivery. When I called customer service furious they offered me a $10 refund 🧐 DO NOT USE this company! Absolutely HORRIBLE! And I have no idea what the actual flowers look like! Hopefully they reach my aunt before she dies 😞
Horrible customer service. I ordered these sympathy flowers for someone and it was not even close to what is shown in their pictures. I understand it will not be exact or even as full but this is bad. They couldn't even get the names on the card right! I am very embarassed about this and they were not concerned and did not fix this by any means. They sent an email stating "We are terribly sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the 20% refund we offered. Unfortunately, that is the maximum we can offer for this order since this was delivered and was filled to value."
I got the runaround about delivery and the flowers never showed up as promised. They were supposed to deliver in the morning -,they did not. Then I was told mid afternoon. Didn't happen. The day is over and nothing has been delivered. THE WORST!
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
