Money hungry Blizzard

Can't stand Blizzard. They lost their way since Warcraft 3 and StarCraft. Now everything is run like a mobile app and they monetise everything.

I get that it's a business but they are taking advantage of people. Games like HOTS are not being supported anymore because it didn't make money and Hearthstone is 100% pay to win.

Overwatch was a flop. I'm going elsewhere like many others. Blizzard can suck a fat one.

The only reason I decided to come back to Blizzard and purchase Diablo II Resurrected is because of the growing union efforts at this company. My support of these games are for those employees and their efforts! Keep up the great work and show the industry how to protect the workers!

Worst customer service.

Had a ticket open and got "flagged" for re-asking to open it again. Replies to the open ticket took far to long only for a cut and past answer guiding me to existing questions that had nothing to do with my issue.

Blizzard some how made overwatch 1 a terrible game and it's unrewarding. They claim it's a sequel but all it is, is the same game just with overpowered characters, a terrible new game mode and way too many glitches to count including getting kicked out of the server right when the game starts and getting suspended from playing because you "left."

Reported a hacker. Blizzard employee denied all accusations, but when presented with proof and told them to go work at McDonald's, ban hammer on me for "crude language". Customer support is $#*!. Games are festered with hackers and gold sellers, and Blizzard does nothing to prevent this. They rather ban you, cos you might have offended a "Game master" who does not know how to do his job. This GM probably is gathering more speed for the next sexual harassment litigation.

As a summary: The whole company is $#*!, products are designed to scam people and customer service is full of idiots or mindless drones who do not care about the paying customer, but rather find ways to ban you, if you discover their scams.

What kind of bull$#*! is this? Every other game site you paid and you get your game to play straight away.

THEFT = NEGATIVE 5 STARS

This is beyond unacceptable. Using my "play hours" on Modern Warefare II, a game that I downloaded the FREE beta for (shockingly was able to play without the tech issues), then using that against me to say I don't deserve a refund when the issues started AFTER I give you my money? I was told "it's just a bug". "We'll patch that" "these tips and tricks will work". Yet, after multiple months, they haven't.

Claiming I've "played a game for 24+ hours" after I've explained that I cannot play the game is the opposite of resolving my request. Sending me a link to the "technical support" for my issue after I repeatedly said I've tried them for multiple months is not resolving my request. Me not being satisfied with those answers and the horrrible customer service process is not "spamming the queue". I give you a super reasonable time to fix and now you can't just give me money back for a product that doesn't work.

I play the game on Steam a ton with NO tech issues at all. This is clearly a Battlenet issue, yet it's somehow MY fault that Modern Warefare II doesn't work on your client for me.

Excellent way to treat customers and I hope my $60 is really moving the needle for your company.

I was creating a new account and I had to pass a simple yet very annoying and complicated captcha. They tormented me with arithmetics of die faces. I was given 6 pictures with random die and asked which one on the six had the face-up side of the die equal to 14. I was ordered to do this 5 times, however, when I completed it the fifth time, it asked me to do it 15 more! Even after I made sure I got everything correct, it still told me to redo it. Every. Single. Time. I spent at least an hour, made sure everything was correct but it still wouldn't let me verify my account. Thank you for all the wasted time. 0/10 would not even recommend this to my worst enemy. At least I got better at adding numbers from 1 to 6? I hated this

So done with this company. 1,5 month trying to talk to support only to hear i that they can't refund my battle pass on wrong account or merge 2 different account. Overwatch 2 has so many glitches and wasted so much of my time you would expect they would be more helpful. Totally got scammed. Money grabbers to the max. If they would have any decency they would contact me and do the right thing. But sadly i don't thing it's part of the identity of Blizzard.

Report system does not work, and if it works, it's flawed because it bans you automatically if you get too many reports (can be bogus reports). Won't let you join a match after you disconnect for 30 seconds, instead of giving you a 2min window to join, it will suspend you for certain amount of time and this match will be treated as a loss. Games are full cheaters who are not getting punished. Games which are released get servers not adjusted and ready for the players, first days of playing are horrible experience. I recommend avoiding this company and its games at all costs, and god forbid: do not spend any money with them, because if you do, you will normalize treating us players as a walking ATM machines

Tried to change my account country multiple times. I sent Multiple tickets and Blizzard only responded to a single one, but they didn't even solve the problem. It was just set as resolved and forced me to take a survey with no way of contacting Blizzard about the problem even when I met all the requirements for the ticket and change of region

I pre ordered Modern Warfare 2 to test out the campaign, the launcher won't even play the game. When I requested a refund, they told me I had too much play time, I can't have too much play time if I can't even play the game. I am very disappointed in Blizzard

-100/10 stars. Company is morally and creatively bankrupt. Lighting your money on fire is a better use for it than handing it to this company. Long gone are the days were they actually cared about their customers and would strive to make great games, now all they do is nostalgia bait you with their remakes while adding as much predatory monetization as possible just to squeeze a few more bucks out of their fans. Not to mention the company is actually run by a bunch of sociopaths and criminals. Stay far away.

They have deleted purchased content from OW1 now OW2 the players that spend their cash on these cosmetics have all been removed with no resolution. They have done their playerbase dirty by trying to please the suits with predatory monetization practices. This company needs to burn to the ground

They dont know how to proper balance a game, no passion in the develop of a game, they only look for profit but lacks in cuality product, they give you $#*! at high prices, typical greedy bastard mentality. You need to know something the old blizzard who do the three warcraft, diablo 1 and 2 and starcraft 1, brood war and 2 are no longer exist they were replaced with trash simply as that, now you have a typical greedy company like everyone else in those modern times, they are only gonna give you $#*! so stop wasting your time with the actual blizzard, if you get the chance to play the old good games do that and have fun but dont play the new garbage they are give to you is not worth. And for last i been playing his recent games and i only have $#*!ty experience from them, and my conclusion is they dont know how to balance, patch and matchmake their online games, its pretty patethic and sad at the same time, if you are a good player why you have to play with the bad ones? Why you are the only one who have to struggle to win? Its suppose that a matchmake system need to evaluate the players and team up the players based on their skills but they dont even know how to do that and its tired that you want to win but the rest is like whatever... its a trash experience i have with them but well this is the actual world, only bad products and services and the only thing we can do is just accept that? Well i think that apply with almost all the conformist around the world but not for me, if you like $#*! and trash products with bad cuality, go ahead waste your money, in the end are your tastes not mine but for me blizzard is done for a very long time and i dont gonna give to a bunch of dumbasses free money for a bad product with no effort behind.
