Service is horrendous. Be prepared to wait 1 to 5 days in email back and forths. First email to explain the issue then follow up emails ti correct it. No live chats. No phone number to call. 200$ + a year for subscription to the wow servers. Absolutely wouldnt recommend

Waist of time

Honestly its horrible, im just trying to play overwatch and i spent a good chunk of cash on it only to discover i have to log in through this. I got through the first few steps and get to the verification step and had to do that over twenty times at least. But only to discover that there is a "detecting humanity" step that is nothing but a loading screen for hours. No help from the website and no way to fix it. Waist of time and money.

Blizzard entertainment used to make good quality fun playable games. But now they make trash that's nothing more than a giant cash grab, you're lucky if the game works properly as every time they patch something they break something else, they punish the players for leaving games with people who are afk or when their system fails to replace missing players. All i have to say is save your money go buy an actual triple A title from a real developer. And if you need support at all be prepared to receive nothing but automated responses and absolutely no help. I uninstalled all my Blizzard products cause this company is utter trash and not worth my time anymore hopefully they all get fired by Microsoft and replaced by ai.

Terrible all together

Terrible customer service all in one. They never seem to resolve ANY of your matters and if they do, it's over 3-5 days till they get to you. Overpriced items where in the attempt to fix backlash, they tried changing the in game currency. That you can only gain through battle pass means or playing extensive hours for about a total of 1 skin at best. I log into overwatch after a few days and get silenced right off the bat. Then they claim most the comments made were from weeks ago prior which is why they did it. With most responses being nothing crazy besides a "lol braindead setup" to where that's apparently highly offensive yet a kid spamming the N-word is nothing bad. Don't even count on anything they respond because just like the service, the company is useless enough to release pve when promised free, but in story missions and charge 20 bucks for. Honestly, you get better story events from custom games than you do the general company. The skins are lack luster recolor, new BP has 0 new things for Hanzo which is crazy how they planned to "make the BP better" and it got WORSE. Frankly, the game would be fun and can be, but the company generally ruins it for a quick dollar. When they're desperate they'll release D.VA and Mercy skins thinking half of the people would love that as a make up gift. Generally, not even worth playing the game till they stop trying to be an EA franchise. Don't waste money or time, generally boycott them to the ground so they'd listen and clean their ears and eyes to realize they didn't make a second game, they made an update with extra steps. I rate this company all together, 1/100. I'd rather pay for EA unlockables because at the least, they actually deliver something to the table.

Started playing Diablo immortals about a month ago I got to level 620 or so bought the battle pass. Then all of a sudden I'm banned. No explanation nothing I sent them an email. They sent me an email back said they would look into it that was five days ago so I opened another account. With another email the next day it's banned also. I wish I knew what was going on. But nobody at this company answers questions. How could you trust a company like this to spend money with? I can't talk to anyone I can't get an explanation. It takes them one day to ban somebody but they can't go back and check to fix it in five days, so how thorough with their process to ban me to begin with? Terrible

Blizzard, specifically COD, is absolutely trash. In 10 matches, I was in ONE without a hacker to some degree. Wall hacks are the most common, but there are so many ridiculously obvious hacking issues. Where are the mods? The living ones, who get paid to boot obvious hackers.
Reporting in-game does nothing, and there's no other way to communicate short of buying software to record the killcam after you are killed, and then submitting the videos. You literally have to do their job for them. Why are we still being charged $70 for this disgusting laziness? I will not be buying another COD game, until they are priced at what they're worth. About $20, MAYBE. Stay far away from Call Of Duty. Blizz/Activision are not at all worried about your gameplay experience. Hoping another company will put a decent FPS some day, because the market could surely use competition from these absolute trash game developers. Come up with a whole new game, instead of copy+paste-ing the old game, and just reskinning everything. Clearly what you're doing doesn't work. Trash, lazy, cheapskate game developer. Run away fast, and hide your credit cards...

Not even a free game and they want you to buy battle pass over watch sucks world of Warcraft sucks Diablo 4 sucked I don't know what happened to the company I last had fun in cataclysm I uninstalled the blizzard app on my pc months ago all the games are bad even call of duty which makes sense

I SHOULD be playing the LONG awaited Diablo4...They blew players and fans getting it for several years after creating Diablo Immortal on mobile with the monetisation in mind...thinking everything would be peachy keen for those of us waiting for a CONSOLE game. Yes, should be playing my expensive $90 AUD + $15 AUD for what turns out rubbish unpolished game play and cosmetics that I can't seem to to see or access + game money that goes nowhere NEAR to purchasing good gear. The graphics are beautiful...though... season monetisation with Diablo4 is appalling, greedy and a slap in the face to those of us who have played this franchise since day one. I can safely say...this online only game is a big pain the frustration butt. My thumbs are sore like RSI sore due to the battles being way more difficult from Diablo iii and the bosses? Forget about it. I died a few times in the many many times I've played Diablo iii and it's seasons but here, due to tech glitches, a game that still feels beta on release, and so much death of my character rather than the often impossible so far bosses...like they're learning AS WE PAY AND PLAY... Diablo4...I die time and time again...there's me always needing to transport back to a town to refill potions and empty a very small accommodation for everything that's dropped along the way. It's one disappointment after another and I'm so fed up with this company...who are so alien to their players that getting in touch communication is impossible...they are reprehensible and I will never buy a single product from them again. Of course, I've paid good money for this big back of crap that makes me feel bad all the time. The drops are rubbish...not much by way of reward for all the frustration...after the season started...it was literally unplayable. I'll be back to polish this review and also add to it but right now, INSTEAD OF PLAYING THE GAME, I'm looking for AS MANY AVENUES OF REVIEW AND COMPLAINT as I possibly can because this game is an utter disaster and disappointment. I do NOT recommend ANYONE purchase this game nor have any loyalty to a money grubbing company that does not in the least seem to care about the millions of disappointed players this time around especially.

Don't waste your time or your money. The dev team killed the game with its last patch.
Honestly, the support for this game sucks $#*!. They change the game without even considering what the player base needs. The dev team is too unstable in the direction of the game.

The drastic modifications that they are making is nothing less than bait and switch.
How many changes they made against their consumer wishes should not be allowed without the offer of a refund for the full purchase price.

Horrible customer service. Make one error and they lock you out of the game that you bought a month ago for a year. Basically, they steal. When you try to talk to someone, you just get told that there's no help. Will never ever buy from this piece of crap company again.

They stole my money

Apparently struggling to level 20 and through a few hours of lag (I'm still outside the prologue area. I've done like 2 main quests of chapter 1) means I've essentially played the whole game and am not eligible for a refund.

I want the refund because nowhere on their store page did they say there was no offline mode. Previous installments of this franchise all featured an offline mode. The D2 Resurrected release that they had just before this even had an offline mode. So naturally I assumed this would be more of the same.

I travel a lot for my job, without an offline mode I will barely be able to play this game. It's not reasonable for them to force me to stick to a product I can't use because of a design decision they failed to notify me of. This was shameful of them, and criminal. I'm legit mad enough that I'm thinking about filing with the Better Business Bureau.

When I purchased Diablo 4, they didn't allow me to use the fund in my virtual wallet (CAD11.54). So I used my credit card and still didn't use the amount on my virtual wallet.

Talk about a convenient not to refund the money you owe to your clients!

I'm a post-graduate student; the university is expensive. Yet, the big corporation rather chooses to reimburse the game than use the amount they owe me on my virtual wallet...What a shameless thievery!
