I ordered a new version of a Samsung watch that came out that was suppose to be in like new condition. To my surprise I didn't get what I ordered at all. I contacted blinq and the rep only wanted to give me a 45 dollar credit. I clearly let them know that I wanted the correct model of watch that I was suppose to get. I can't even test this watch out due to the fact that they even sent the wrong charger with it. Crappy experience all the way around. Also the two went dark one I emailed him back about this.

I just received my laptop 5 minutes ago, and when I turned it on, the screen said "Recovery-Needs Repair." When I tried to get a return label - the link would not work. When I tried to contact customer service - there is NONE! The only link is to an automated email that did not respond to any of my questions - just referred me to the Returns link that I didn't work and that I was writing about. This used to be a good company with customer service. Not anymore! Shipping broken items? No contact info except automated replies? Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

Totally disappointed! We ordered Ray Ban RB4264 Havanna sunglasses but we received a cheap pair of RB4165. They came bent out as if a person with a big head had been wearing them. The lens seem low quality and we are wondering if they are a pair of knock offs.

Do not trust this company! They will tell you an item is like new and when you receive it it is not only missing pieces but the pieces you do receive are damaged beyond repair. When you email for a refund they go silent and ignore you! I'm contacting my attorney and credit card for fraud

They basically sell products that were returned to best buy and other stores. You get what others have returned due to the product being defective or damaged. Only one person answers your customer concerns. Bad company means bad business. Don't do it.

I ordered probiotic capsules and when they arrived they were due to expire in 2 weeks. I ordered $30 worth, and ask for an exchange. They would not refund me or exchange them out. Total ripe off.

I purchased new Thinkpad Carbon X1 4th Gen, and Blinq shipped a damaged Thinkpad X260. I returned the laptop today using a RMA.

I received a "damaged, defective, or wrong item" and want a REPLACEMENT. Blinq customer service is wrong to call this an "Exchange". Please complete my order by shipping me the correct item, which your inventory lists as IN STOCK.

Blinq will not REPLACE "damaged, defective, or wrong items"

I Purchased a NEW Thinkpad Carbon X1 4th Gen, and was shipped a damaged Thinkpad X260. I've since returned the item and tracking shows that it has been received by Blinq (UPS Tracking 1Z5RY*******223). The seller refuses to honor the sale by REPLACEMENT with a suitable, albeit USED same model with the same specs) that their website shows as being IN STOCK.

I've attempted to resolve this over the phone with several customer service reps and have submitted online reviews with photos and screenshots of everything that I've described above. Blinq falsely claims that this would be an "exchange" rather than a replacement, and that they "do not offer exchanges".

(Update)
Blinq has now publicly replied to my online complaint, saying that they can't replace because they have no replacement in stock. Their website shows otherwise.

Why is blinq so difficult to deal with?
Sheets were threadbare after less than 20 days use, it was 32 days from actual purchase, they said they cant do anything after 30 days, sheets were crap and customer service is the same.

I purchase TV from this website one month ago. There is no customer service available to contact and ask why the delay has happened. I am an online buyer and seller. I never encounter such kind of bad situation. Overall, I suggest not to use this website to buy anything.

I placed an order on blinq.com and received an order confirmation email right away. Several hours later, I received an email from this company and it is about a refund confirmation to my credit card. It looks like my order has been cancelled. It didn't say whatever the reason is. The company didn't contact me. Very disappointed. This is my worst online shopping experience.

I ordered a "Microsoft Surface Pro 12.3" Wifi 128GB - Silver (HGG-*******)" with M3 processor and 4 GB RAM. This model comes with a Microsoft surface type cover and the same is advertised in the product details page too. The product got delivered today, but surprisingly the type cover is missing.

I am using Blinq since 2016, but this is my highest value purchase on the portal, which ultimately left me extremely disappointed.

I reported the issue at their customer care email and got connected with Tori, who firstly couldn't understand what the type cover is. I shared screenshots of the Blinq listing clearly mentioning that the type cover has to be included and also an Amazon link to detail out, what type cover means.

As my parents need to carry the product out of US in next 2 days, I requested a resolution by today close of business hours, but it appears that Tori is not interested in helping their customers. Blinq should be shameful and has given me a learning today.

I INSIST OTHERS NOT TO BLINDLY TRUST BLINQ FOR HIGH VALUE TRANSACTIONS. SUB 100 BUCKS IS OKAY, BUT BEYOND THAT, BE A GAMBLER.

Blinq did not send the item I ordered and paid for. I paid for a Dell XPS but received a junk Dell inspiron
Blinq is unwilling to send the item I purchased
Blinq puts the responsibility on me to correct Blinq's error.
Even though Blinq did not send what I paid for, they're keeping my money until I send their junk back.

I made a transaction on the Blinq website... it gave payment error and requested to verify the information which I did and repeated Credit card details entry. The two times, the transaction went through and gave me sms confirmation message yet the website showed error/ and pending processing.
To my surprise calling my bank, I discovered that the transaction was approved... Website SCAM! I'm attaching picture proof from their website/transaction

I sent an email to the customer service but received no reply back. Don't use this website based on my personal experience!

I was happy with the price and speedy shipping. However, my bottle of zinc tablets was manually resealed with a sticker---the normal hard plastic seal that is normally wrapped under the lid around the neck of the bottle was MISSING, and the bottle seemed to have fewer tablets than normal. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the item was not tampered with! This will probably be the last time I ever order from Blinq.

Cat cbc40ew battery charger listed as new from Ebay.
This charger has been used, no owners manual, no hardware to install the wheels, handle, stand.The positive cable connector is broke. Sent three messages to Blinq. NO RESPONSE At All, Very Disappointed.

I ordered a dell xps laptop, and received a hp laptop worth far less than the laptop i ordered. When i called the company they claimed that they were sold out of the laptop i ordered and that they could only give me a refund. I went to look at the website to make sure they were telling the truth, and they have several postings of the laptop I ordered listed as available for purchase. Classic bait and switch, I have seen many reviews saying similar situations occurred with other people.

Recently I had a nightmarish experience with blinq.com. I put an item into shipping cart and proceeded to checkout. I selected PayPal and it took me to PayPal for payment and When it returned me back the order review and submission page. I clicked on the submission and after a few seconds, I got an error page saying this should not have happened but I got charged on my PayPal account but no order was created. I immediately sent an email to *******@blinq.com, and but never heard anything back. This is unbelievable. Not hearing a word back from them, I yet sent another 2 emails, but again the emails were like sunk into the sea. I had to call my PayPal and my credit card company to dispute this transaction. It's ridiculous that even today this kind of thing would happen in the USA.

I purchase something from ebay and found myself getting email marketing crap from Blinq. Then I had to UNSUBSCRIBE from something I shouldn't have been receiving in the first place. And then I got happy talk PR BS from their CS dept. What a load! Isn't it actually illegal to subscribe someone's email whose permission you didn't ask? Bad taste in my mouth for this outfit.

And on top of it all, this crappy sitejabber site doesn't work!

I found and ordered a specific watch that I was looking for. It was the right watch at the right price. I made the purchase and paid via pay pal. 3 days later. I get an email canceling the order without any reason. I replied to cancelation to ask why. The response I got was that " they could not find the order". OR*******. What company can't find the item? It appears that the reseller decided not to sell it at the list price and canceled the order.

Blinq is just a reseller that relies on a collection of sellers. The question is not if. You will get screwed by one of them. Its When and how. Wrong item?... Warranty?. Bait and switch?
This is not Amazon. Buyer Beware!

This company "guaranteed" delivery of my product by December 24. Package didn't arrive until December 27! Company made attempt to offer me a measly compensation. Requests to speak with supervisor were met with, "Bobby will have to call you back." Still no call back from the supervisor. How can a company offer a guarantee, fail at the guarantee, and not be held responsible? Horrible customer service, BLINQ.

I ordered some wireless headphones and never received them. First this company didn't put my lot number on it so UPS couldn't deliver it. When I told them they told me to contact Ups for their mistake. Second Ups delivered it in PA for some odd reason when I live in Florida!? When I told Blinq, they told me to log on to my account at ups to start a claim. I don't Have an account with ups! Now I can't get any type of response from them. I just ended up having to dispute the change on my credit card and I still don't have what I ordered! See something you want? Do yourself a favor and order it elsewhere! I will keep away from this company from now on!

Purchased a Samsung tablet as a Christmas present late Oct. 2018. Tablet delivered end of October and was sealed, so I did not open packaging. Wrapped and gave as gift on Dec. 25th, 2018. Tablet would NOT hold a charge when opened. Contacted Blinq's customer service the following day and was told could not be returned for replacement or refund, but to call Samsung. Called Samsung and was told the tablet serial number was OVER THREE YEARS OLD, OUT OF WARRANTY, AND WOULD COST NO LESS THAN $75-$150 TO REPAIR! Contacted Blinq's customer service once again to be told my purchase was days short of their return policy of 60 days for Christmas, which began Nov. 1,2018. They passed me from person to person until I finally gave me to a Customer Service SENIOR Associate... ha. This employee informed me I was out of luck..."I do see that this was listed in Factory Refurbished condition at the time of purchase. Factory Refurbished items, like this one, have been professionally refurbished and restored so they look and feel like new". I found that this is the CATCH... "look and feel like new"... NOT NECESSARILY WORKING LIKE NEW.

The magnet in the one i recieved is not strong enough to hold it flat agains the metal door. The first 6" lifts off and a draft blows under it. I have to place towels behind it at night to seal the entire bottom of the door.

I ordered a 1000 dollar laptop from this company. They sent me a 300$ laptop. I messaged them about it and asked they send my correct order immediately. They told me I was not going to get my order until I send them back their mistake. I mailed them back their mistake and they informed me that they sold the laptop I had purchased on me (that I already paid for). So they gave me a few links of other ones they offered. I picked one and they told me I couldnt get it because it cost more than the one I had already purchased and was ripped off on. I asked for a full refund instantly. They have no contact phone number so good luck dealing with their very terrible customer service. They are all about taking your money and not making sure the customer is taking care of, and they officially created a troll for themselves. Still waiting on my refund.
